We always enjoy Ela's. The food is wonderful and service is always friendly and efficient.
Right on the water, who could ask for more. Ort waiter was very attentive; my husband loved his salmon entre and my tuna was delicious.
This is our go-to restaurant whenever we visit Hilton Head Island. The food was delicious, and the view of the sunset over the harbor is beautiful. We especially enjoyed the tuna tartare and the lobster entree.
I started out with an appetizer - half a dozen blue point oysters. This was the low point of our experience at ELA's. The oysters were tiny (were supposed to be medium sized) and they wouldn't stay together when I tried to pick them up with the oyster fork. I've had MUCH better oysters for a lot better price than these. The rest of our meal was perfect. ELA’S is always great, we had the special for the evening, grouper, outstanding!! Our server was great too!! Oh and the hummingbird cake, yum!!!
Food was flavorless, salmon was over cooked and dry.
Our latest dining experience was not as good as previous ones. We both ordered eggs Benedict which were served in a very unimpressed manner. The side of potatoes was truly overcooked. Fortunately, my Bloody Mary was up to par.
