ELA'S On the Water Excellent restaurant for dining! Atmosphere, quality of food and service were amazing! Highly recommend!
Best dinner we have had on Hilton Head. All three dinners were excellent. The scallops were cooked perfectly and were tender. The crab risotto that came with it was delicious. My husband’s short ribs were amazing. Our friend said that his steak and lobster was outstanding. We had a spectacular view from our table by the window. Will definitely be back. Great for a special evening out. Thanks to the staff for accommodating our request for a window table.
It was a beautiful restaurant with a lovely water view of the marina. The service was excellent and the food was delicious with delightful presentation! Amazing fine dining!

It was my birthday, and since my husband was out of town, I took my 12-year-old out to celebrate. I made a reservation in advance, but despite the terrace being empty, we were seated at a table with almost no view, right next to the stairs. The food was very inconsistent. The calamari was decent, but the bisque was disappointing. The fish was fine, but the shrimp and grits very spicy. We had a lovely summer-y evening on the patio at Ela’s recently. Food offerings were great, I could’ve ordered just about everything on the appetizer menu…we got raw oysters, Oysters Rockefeller and the lobster nachos…all were wonderful. All four dinner selections were delicious, as were the cocktails. Overall, a terrific night, highly recommend.

Didn’t love the Bees Knees cocktail but other than that everything was great! Thank you Karen for great service.
Love this restaurant. Perfect for special occasions and they totally go above and beyond to make the occasion special! Check out the nice bottled of wine for only $40. And the food is great! Loved the scallops and risotto andy husband's tuna was superb.
