I had the whole scored flounder and my wife had the lobster. Appetizers were oysters Rockefeller and carpaccio. All were excellent. Vinny at the bar was very cordial and informative. Live piano music was also nice.
I know it's a small thing, but what really annoyed us was the issue with the drink menu. We were seated and waited about 10 min for our waiter. At that time we were presented with a drink menu. Then we had to wait for him to return to take our drink order. We also placed our appetizer order at that time. Excellent choice! We went for brunch and the food and drinks were wonderful, especially the Bloody Mary's, omelets and eggs benedict. View was perfect and the staff was outstanding...highly recommend for out of towners who don't know where to go!

Our server was wonderful! And, the overall service was great! We ordered the lobster dinner. The lobster and lobster risotto was wonderful, but it was just warm….not hot….which was a shame. I’m guessing, like other restaurants, you are short on help…. It was our first time there and we plan on coming back!
Excellent food and service as always. Ela’s is always consistently great and never disappoints.
