No idea how anyone could complain about this amazing restaurant...The food is out of this world amazing! I had the chicken dish which is stuffed chicken with goat cheese, bacon, strawberries and other amazingness. husband had the strip, which lasted on his plate about 40 seconds! Have been coming to the island for about 7 years and have tried all other fine dining restaurants and not a single other one of them comes close to ELA's caliber! The view, service and food are with out a doubt the best on this amazing island!

Tucked into the edge of Shelter Cove, Elas is the perfect place for a date night. There is a beautiful view of the harbor. The atmosphere makes you want to stay there enjoying wonderful food while taking in the beauty of Hilton Head. We will definitely return.
This was by far the best dining experience we had on our trip to Hilton Head. Everything was outstanding, from the views, ambience, service and food. A bonus was the great pricing on the wines. If you want an amazing meal with some of the best views on Hilton Head, you have to have dinner at Ela's
This is our third visit to Ela's . We love the location overlooking the marina. The issue we have is that the menu has not changed and is getting tired for us. This is one of the higher end restauraunts in the area so we expect a little more. They have good crab cakes and the Grouper and Halibut were excellent .
Very enjoyable experience, off the beaten path with scenic harbor view.
Very nice setting. Food was okay but, lacked pizazz. One of our party ordered a Bone in rib eye, medium. Was served much closer to well done, appeared dry to me. Waiter did not take our order for main course until we had finished eating our appetizer. Did not leave bread basket with entree'. Had to wait awhile for check & it was computed incorrectly. Would not return. Neither will my adult children & they'll be going back to Hilton Head in October. If you want a great meal go to Robert Irvine's Eat!
