We went there over the Valentines weekend. My husband got a bone in ribeye that could be cut with a butter knife, i had the pork wraped in bacon it was wonderful. The restaurant has a great view and romantic atmosphere. If you are visiting or a resident of Hilton Head it is a must go to.
This restaurant is awesome! We were visiting Hilton Head and wanted to go to a good restaurant with a romantic view; it was Valentine's weekend. The food was awesome, the service was great and the restaurant had a beautiful view of the inlet. It was gorgeous!
We returned to this restaurant the day after we went there to celebrate Valentine's day, and the service, the food and the ambiance were consistently great, but this time thy had live entertainment so we stayed at the bar and enjoyed the tunes of our bar tender from the day before ! It was awesome!
So many restaurants onHilton Head to choose from. We went to several including Ela's we found it to be our best pick. Great views & outside dining, excellent menu, outstanding service by waiters, no complaints about the food (tasty and good portions) & they had a talented guitar playing singer in the bar we enjoyed during & after dinner. Don't miss this place when you visit!
My wife and I went to Ela's during restaurant week for a romantic evening out. What a pleasant experience! The servers were pleasant and efficient, the ambiance understated and the meal outstanding. A real gem.
As visitors to Hilton Head, we were thrilled to find it was Restaurant Week and made reservations for Elas. We were totally impressed with the special menu - the lobster bisque was outstanding and the entree of lobster and short ribs - wow! - wonderful flavors and perfectly prepared. We always enjoy the restaurant and have been there many times. They have the very best seafood and prepare it perfectly. The prices are "moderate" and well deserved. The wait staff works as a team and even when fully occupied , service does not suffer. They allow diners to bring in their own wine without a corkage charge! I have had a family gathering at the restaurant that included 18 people . They provided us with a private room with staff at no extra charge! We will be back!
Lovely spot overlooking Shelter Cove Marina. Cuisine &!service to match the view, especially the pan-roasted grouper. Definitely worth a return visit.
What an exceptional experience. Extremely attentive staff while dining. We dined there for restaurant week in which they had a wine pairing with the meal. Their pairings were as exceptional as the meal we were served. The meal was pleasing to the palate and to the eye. Treat yourself to one of the finest restaurants on Hilton Head Island!
