This is a lovely restaurant with a fabulous view. The cocktails are great but most importantly the food is great. The servers are friendly and not intrusive. The bar is great, interesting cocktails and your old favorites. Whenever we are in HH we go to Ela's often. Highly recommend all aspects of fine dining with a casual twist if wanted.
We enjoyed the evening we spent at Ela's. Swordfish & Grouper we done perfectly. As a chef, on a rare vacation, it was nice to enjoy a good food and wine in a nice place with good service on short notice! We will definitely be back!
My husband and I took two new friends to Ela's for a chance to introduce the restaurant to them and to have a great dinner and conversation. We had everything and more! The food was excellent and the wine suggested was wonderful. This restaurant is our favorite as we have never had a bad experience. It is always of high quality.
It was very charming and relaxing.
The ambiance is wonderful. The food was different. We had a fish that I never heard of Sheepshead. The dish was excellent and the service was just right. Thank you and we will be back very soon! Tony
This was not our first time nor will it be our last. We always have a great meal at Ela's. Not to mention the beautiful views. We both had the Swordfish and it was delicious! Although it was rather a quiet evening. We enjoyed the music and attentive service.
The location and setting we're lovely. The view of the water and yachts at night were magical. Most important the food was excellent!
This was a great place to have a wonderful dinner. The menu was nice with a good selection of items to choose from, the waitress was very helpful with the wine list, and the kids menu consisted of some decent options that went beyond the typical fried food kid fare. The deserts were large and tasty, and the atmosphere was really pretty. I would certainly go back there again, and would want to do so on a warm evening so I could sit outside under the little lights, looking out onto the water. This is easily one of the best dining experienes on Hilton Head Island. The food is fresh and beautifully prepared; the wait staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the view is outstanding. Don't miss this wonderful restaurant.
