Julio and Esther had a great experience shopping at Sherlock's Carpet & Tile. Our first flooring in our home was purchased and installed by Sherlock's 20 years ago that we just had to go back.Tom the salesman went above and beyond when it came to his expertise in helping us with selecting the best waterproof vinyl flooring for our kitchen. The installer did a superb job. They were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you for the excellent customer service.
Just thrilled with Sherlock (I've been a customer for around 30 years). Installers arrived on time and were just fantastic. I'm having 3 rooms carpeted after the holiday and will be requesting the same installers!!!!!!!!!!

The workers did a spectacular job, but we have 3 requests: We need a new toekick replacement next to the stove, when you open and close the dishwasher door the bottom panel rubs against the door, we need a receipt for the work
WE PURCHASED OUR CARPET FOR LIVING ROOM AND STAIRWELLS AND LANDINGS DURING COVID-19 FROM TOM OUR SALESMAN. EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTH AND AS PLANNED AND PROMISSED. ( COLOR WAS ON B/O FOR A WHILE ; BUT IT DIDN'T MATTER WITH THE COVID PANDEMIC) WE HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH SHERLOCKS FOR YEARS.

Our sales consultant, Tom Ullsperger delivered as promised and was very helpful in helping us with our entire process. We had new carpeting installed in our 3 bedrooms, hallway, living room and dining room. I dreaded emptying closets, moving furniture, etc. Don was very helpful in all areas and answered my questions. I was able to break up my install over two separate days to minimize the chaos. The installation crew moved our furniture carefully, and I am very happy with the results. I would highly recommend Sherlock's Carpet & Tile!!
Five days ago we had wood laminate flooring installed on top of 35-year-old ceramic tile (powder bathroom & foyer) and linoleum (kitchen, dinette, laundry room ). The installation crew (first two men & an additional two men later on in the day) was amazing. They were knowledgeable, effecient, and accommodating. We needed the washer/dryer and refrigerator moved during the installation.
