It was a great experience from the minute I talked to my salesman Don, who by the way knows all about each and every one of the products to the installers who were on time, fast, clean and very professional.
The installers were polite, professional and quick. They did a great job with our new carpeting. We also had vinyl wood grain flooring installed several years ago and we very happy with that job also! Sherlocks is SO much better than dealing with the "big box" companies. Much more personal service! We also refer our friends and neighbors to Sherlocks. Also, our sales associate, Tom U. was great!
From start to finish the experience was easy and seamless. The Sherlock team was great to work with and fit everything in our timeline with no issues. We love our new carpet!
Everyone we talked to at Sherlock was very helpful. We had carpet done with them in the past. This time we went with Coretec vinyl flooring. Working with Don was great, I made a few changes along the way and he made sure everything went smooth and all questions answered. The installers did a great job, very professional and friendly, they went right to work and the rooms were clean when they left.
To Don and all the team at Sherlock Carpets...thank you for another beautiful room of carpeting & to the installers who worked so hard. We’ll be back👍
