No transactions followed thru? xxx A waste of time, have been waiting for 2 months and still don't have my old truck paid out.. And I dealt with the finance manager himself, who didn't have his own stuff in order. Go else where. They got my truck and rushed me out the door and took in my trade ... Nothing has been done no truck is paid off and I'm paying for it still,......very upset I worked with Antony,joe,Kayla,and the guy who couldn't put a deal thru himself Shaun hurry everyone.

never again I bought a new truck last April 2013 from different employees, that experience was great. I went back to get another vehicle because of how good the service was last time, what a mistake that was, i will never buy from there ever again one good thing happened, i did get a great deal from the manager, forget his name, but i still walked away without buying anything.

Broken car I bought a golf 6 car they gave me was broken and he was bean fixing for three times I called, trying to return the car and get my money back but they do not want giving me my money that I gave, and they want the car back now. They did a problem with the financing of the vehicle, too. very bad company if you want a peaceful sleep do not go there!
Go elsewhere Friendliness 1 because the sales, service and finance department were so nice only after the overall experience I saw them as a sales dealership in desperate need of money and behind those handshakes and smiles were really their interests and benefits before my own leaving me with unresolved issues and lots of time chasing. Serious, just go to another gm dealer.

Poor Customer Service and Response My experience is a unique situation that could have been handled much better. My daughter recently moved to Alberta and since she was doing well and working, I decided to cosign for her to purchase a vehicle. Where it went wrong was the financing. Stay away. Where to begin? My wife and son went looking for a new vehicle. They went to Sherwood Buick GMC and started looking around the showroom. It wasn't busy, there was salesmen everywhere but no one even looked their way after they got in and out of a few different vehicles. Before that I had a bad experience getting my truck serviced at the same location. Our calls were ignored, hung up on and we were lied to. The salesman was great! Highly recommend him. Manager and finance people are a joke! I traded in my car and they gave me a ok trade in ammount, and added the rest onto my truck. But 2 weeks later I had my car payment come out of my acct, phoned the place where I had the loan and they have not received any payment yet, tried calling multiple times to talk to finance at Sherwood Park GMC and no answer, always goes to voicemail and they haven't returned my calls. It is my first buy, so I trusted them to check the car, I found out few days after that there is no spare key (2011 car) and that the engine need a tune up, and new spark plugs ($350 worth of work) and there is noises from the back of the car like it starts to break I think who ever check the car before the sell did a bad job. I took our car in for an oil change and mentioned that there was an oil leak which I believed was from the drain plug from the last oil change and asked them to look it assuming that removing and replacing the drain plug properly was a normal part of an oil change. I was later called and informed that the oil pan gasket and pick up tube gaskets needed to be replaced at a cost of $880 and further that the left front hub bearing needed replacing at a cost of $577.
