To Possible GM Owners We bought a brand new GMC Denali terrain at the beginning of January, went to drive it off the lot and there were a bunch of electrical problems. terrible sales staff Dealt with Amanee in finance she was great She did half of Eric's job too., Eric was not so good had to chase him all the time to see if my truck was going to be ready he never did get back to me Amanee had to do his job and find out for me. Rude management June 2017 bought a new fully loaded Yukon xl slt. Been nothing but strife! After we drove of the lot we get a rude txt msg from Phil the next day that we didn't leave the right rims on our trade in Yukon. This was not apart of the trade in deal and was spoken about to two different salesman. He threatened to not reimburse our $500 holding deposit before the vehicle was purchased over rims and tires after purchasing $80,000 vehicle! Paint recalls Not impressed after being repaired 4 times still peeling/rusting! Ongoing for a year, warranty over now they won't supply rental. Poor customer service!
Seemed more interested in pushing me thru the process The salesperson was a very nice guy to work with but new to dealership (lacked knowledge of vehicles & service provided by dealership). Dealership was more interested in rushing us thru the process than really trying to satisfy the customer. They failed to meet a few things promised. I WISH THERE IS ZERO STAR OPTION I wish there is an "zero" star option. I had a very bad experience with this dealership. We purchased 2013 Enclave from them and during our purchase their sales person gave us 3 months "bumper to bumper" warranty. Disappointment - will NEVER go again. I have been taking my vehicle (GMC Sierra) here for oil changes for a while now as the quick lube personnel are absolutely amazing! I was having some issues with my transmission and thought I would take my truck here to the service centre to check it out (still with a decent amount of power train warranty left). Horrible experience Sold us a certified used vehicle apparently that needed to be serviced after 2000km and the dealer we took it to said you would have to be blind not to see the problems. Just got the first oil change and found out all the fluids that should be changed at 75000KM was not changed so once again more money I have to pay for a newly used vehicle. They are a complete joke.
