Horrendous Sales Agent Unprofessional Rude Dismissive CONFUSED Misleading with information Extremely Defensive Despite there being mounds of miscommunication throughout this entire experience, Mike walked away from us (leaving us sitting at his desk in the middle of the dealership) and was absolutely defensive and disrespectful. When his behaviour was confronted, he responded with having “good google reviews”. This dealership will not receive a nickel from us!!!! Worst experience we’ve ever had regarding a dealership by far!

Terrible sales manager Sales manager was rude, lied to us multiple times, made my wife cry. They said they would fix some scratches on the paint, but yelled at us when we asked them too. Such a bad experience. Also our finance person lied and started being rude when we turned down warranty.
Jack Ammar Is A xxxx I had a terrible experience at this dealership. The prices for used vehicle were to high, the quality was low, and most of them were miled out! I do not recommend going here and I wish Jack Ammar would stop jacking around.

Very rude and unprofessional service manger My experience at Sherwood GMC was a seamless and easy transition from and old truck to a new truck. I have never felt more comfortable with the sales team. On the other hand I have never been treated or received such poor professionalism from any service manger. Derek Donnely was rude, untrustworthy and very unprofessional. I will NEVER BE RETURNING. I am going to sell the truck and take my business elsewhere.
Can’t get a straight answer One of the salesman texted me because I am selling my truck on kijiji. I made it very clear and simple that all I was interested in was getting a price they could give me for the truck so we wouldn’t be wasting each other’s time. Very good prior to the sale. Little or no interest in helping after the sale. Follow up emails looking for a service resulted in no responses. Calling to inform that emails were not responded to resulted in 0 care.

Worst Experience Ever! Do not buy a car from this dealership! 2 years ago I bought a fully loaded 2012 Hyundai with 60,000 km for $17000. But in the last couple months the engine + $3400 in labour and maintenace was needed. I dont know about you but this should not happen. I paid what I could into fixing it. They take your money, and then forget about you This was not a good buying experience. Our Salesman (Anthony) was young and had just started the job, but I will not hold that against him as everyone starts somewhere. Anthony was very nice and did his best to answer our questions. But as soon as we signed the papers and went into finance things started to go bad.
