Terrible sales staff Walked into the dealership with full intent on buying a new truck and walked out furious. Sales treated me like garbage and was extremely unhelpful.
Worst Buying experience Very unprofessional salesman. If you aren't buying that moment they don't even want your business. Was refused a test drive on a Denali and then I was questioned if I was being serious about my purchase. Went over to Ford and was treated 100 times better
Bad buying experience I had bad experiences with my first purchase of a new vehicle. from sales to finance to delivery. Service was no different. I had to pay to fix their bad service at another GM dealership. I tried to give them the opportunity to redeem themselves on a 2nd new vehicle purchase 6 weeks later, and they dropped the ball again. Poor Customer Service Unless you spending $40,000+ on a vehicle here, you are treated like a second class citizen. They did not go the extra mile for me when a vehicle I purchased broke down only 5 months after purchase date. It was in the shop 30 days after purchase as well. The inspections that they complete are not sufficient, as a low jack was found after, and the engine now needs to be replaced. Not impressed! We received a call from Sherwood Buick GMC on Sunday to let us know that they were in a position to buy back some vehicles and would we be interested in having an evaluation done on our truck. After some discussion we scheduled an appointment for today. We were told that we were booked to see one of their appraisers (Kayla) and it would take about 20 minutes. Poor Customer Service I could not receive any information about my vehicle because the service advisor was away, and the person covering for them was not available. Additionally, I was informed that there was a line up at this persons desk, and that they could not help me. Talk about lack luster customer service, we had been customer for over three decades yet things may change.

Poor buying experience/Poor service experience I will rank my experience as poorest to date. I've bought several new vehicles in the last 10 years and this ranks as my worst experience. Ordered a truck, had to make several calls and emails to get the order straightened out. (Never will I pre-order a vehicle again based on this experience) I will only buy off the lot in the future.
