Very poor service dealing with Bryan Harper & Ryan Guilbault At the beginning Bryan the salesman was great with us. Took a pre approval and began finding vehicles for us. Over the course of 4 days the promises never equaled the results. Ending in high interest and almost 1000 payments. After everything and turning down a horrible deal they offered, I asked about a lower priced vehicle and was meet with resistance and arrogance. Scandalous dealership After one year of owning my 2015 Sierra I have discovered that there is a lien put on my truck. I had paid cash for this vehicle one year ago and had bought it outright. I called the Finance manager and he said there must be a mistake as they do not put liens on new vehicles. Very disappointed with sales As a previous customer, I thought I would return to Sherwood GMC. I saw a truck I wanted (Sierra SLT) but was not happy with the trade they offered for my truck. As a result I sold it privately, getting $8,000 more than what they offered. I contacted the salesman I was dealing with to inquire about a cash deal and learned he had quit the week before. Extremely Overpriced and Horrible Customer Service Same part at Sherwood Park Chevrolet Dealership was $115.00 less. Jason in the Service Department offered the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had changed the throttle body on my GMC Yukon Denali. Had to take it to service department the next day to have a computer re-learn done on it. They charged me for $178.00 for this procedure. Never told the facts I can honestly say I haven't gone in there leaving happy. Originally went in there to buy a new truck. Got the price that night and wanted to sit on it. When I came in the next day the price magically jumped up 5 grand. End up fixing the price but when it came to the finance part had to deal with Shaun. What a treat. FRAUD & LIES? Took my 2005 GMC truck in on Thursday, December 03,2015 to have my HVAC blower looked into. I was told the blower motor connector was melted out and the blower was seized. I was quoted $611.00 to repair with new pigtail and blower motor. I made a call and determined I could get these parts for less than $100 so I informed them they would not be making the repairs. Never set foot in this dealership I was so close to buying a new truck here and so glad I went with my gut and went to Lakewood Chev. I wanted to trade in my old truck and buy a new one. I found one I liked for a good price and was told I would get about 20,000 for my old truck. They wanted to take my old one for the night and for me to take the new one, so I did.
