Worst sales team I have ever dealt with. Do not recommend dealing there! Had to track down the sales team on my own and couldn’t any answers. Worst buying experience ever!!

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. Erik is among the most dishonest and deceitful in this industry and his sales associate Amer played right along. I put a deposit down on a truck and they offered it to another customer for a test drive. Then when I called them out for how illegal that was, they tried to forget all about it and move to closing the deal. Then they lied about regulations and refused to sell me the vehicle in cash to try and squeeze extra financing money out of me when I communicat... read more

Extremely disappointing experience with the Service department. One of the worst I have ever experienced. This is not my style however it needs to be said. A New 3500 Denali HD with 12k km’s was in this shop for over 4 weeks. DEF tank was defected. Things happen I get it. How it was handled from the start was the issue. No follow up progress update until I chased people down for one. An update once per week would have done it. Service Manager’s response to the problem was to call 1-800 GMC. Not their issue. Had oil change done before a trip north. They didn't put the filler cap back on my engine .It Did internal damage to engine.

Unfortunately no accountability, clearly lacking customer service skills and ability to follow up and own an issue. I have yet to receive a truck that I am paying for and literally am chasing for updates daily. I would strongly advise not to do business at this dealership. If there an any type of issue start documenting and escalating to the right people as this gentleman is out of his element of what good customer service is all about and means

Had my 2019 duramax in for work last week. Service manager Paul said they would warranty my mirrors to my face. Due to them filling with water. Took mirrors in to dealership yesterday and Paul tells me over the phone that he won’t warranty them now. I suggest everyone to not trust Paul as he is a LIAR. I cannot wait to see him face to face again as I have mud flaps that Trigger warrantied that I need to pick up from their custom shop. Trigger warranty GREAT. Sherwood warranty a xxxxing disaster. Once you buy your salesman is done with you!! As I read in another review, once you have bought, then my salesman was done with me. Did not answer emails after a week. I was told it was detailed, and is was partly done, fries, ketchup, crumbs where the seat belts are. Something real sticky on seats, in glove compartment and up by dvd player. They apologized, and said they would properly detail it, I had already it. Said they would do it in the future and I asked for a voucher or something but could not get anything. Horrible after care of the customer I purchased a used armada end of July. Suppose to have had the complete inspection. In August took it to a car wash left the radio on for all of the 5 min it took and wouldn’t start. I contacted Mike my sales guy and he said go to Costco best place for a battery. Shouldn’t this have been checked in the inspection. Pretty sad one buys a 30000$ vehicle and has to put a new battery in it Have tried to contact again with zero response.

Expired Warranty NOT honored in upmost good faith! We purchased a used Enclave in the very cold winter of Jan/Feb, 2019. Everything supposedly checked out at inspection. When the warmer weather finally came and we tested the air conditioning we discovered it wasn't working properly. Of course the 3 month month warranty expired by then but if it 'supposedly' passed inspection why wasn't it working?? Besides who would really check to see if the a/c is working in -30 degree weather. Rather, you would 'trust' that the a/c was in... read more
