Poor sales service. Not knowledgable in used inventory. Dealt with Sherwood Honda for 2 weeks looking for a used seven seat vehicle. They brought me in to sign papers before I even get to see the vehicle. Turns out its only 5 seats. They don't care what they sell you as long as they make their money. I have dealt with many dealerships and this is the only one that refused to fill up my car with gas. They are as xxxxxxxx as their commercials.
Service center is poor I booked an appointment for 9 am to have a sticker put on due to a recall. It is now 11:30 and I'm still waiting.
Not pleasant experience I was looking at purchasing a used vehicle where i put down cash payment deposit to hold the vehicle from being sold. The finance department took my cash payment deposit and indicated it would be put in an envelope with my name on it to be held in their safe until my credit application got approved. Lied too by Honda I was promised work to be done for a recall and now they are saying it is my fault for trusting them. If you need work for a recall I would recommend you do not wait for them to contact you as they won't . Call them daily and get your vehicle fixed or you will be responsible for paying the cost yourself. Definitely going next door to TOYOTA!!!!
Horrible Service Department I made the mistake of buying my CRV-EX through Sherwood Honda, it has had some major issues when going uphill on larger hills on the highway it stalls and I have had to pull over and wait for traffic to pass before continuing otherwise I might get rear ended. I love this car dealer! I purchased a Ford Explorer form Robert recently which is my third purchase from him. I would like to say it was easy experience and a lot of effort on his part greeting me into the vehicle that I wanted. I never did feel pressured but always made it comfortable. I believe Sherwood Honda and Robert helped me hugely as there was some road blocks in the process. I went to Sherwood Park Honda to buy a 2012 Honda Fit but all I received was a headache! I had terrible experiences with this Honda dealer and what I consider underhanded sales tactics. I spend a whole afternoon negotiating a price on the car I wanted and the salesman agreed to have the car shipped from Calgary for an extra change that I agreed to pay.
