Worst dealership ever I trade in my rav4 and I am frustrayed with the deal and outcome of the car i traded in. I was told the car is new but I don’t think it is new it has already 220 in the milage, have scratches and dent that they tried to fixed but i just let go of it because its too late i already signed the papers. Friendly face with poor sevice. First I put a down payment on a car that the price was right although not the car I was looking for and... they sold it after I had the down payment on it... they made that right in the end by getting me the car I actually wanted for a deal and 10 years oil changes. Unsafe repair I took my Honda in for an airbag recall and some routine maintenance. I also asked them to check the driver’s side windshield wiper blade. It was working, but seemed loose. A few hours later, they said my car was ready and I picked up. Driving home on Baseline Rd., I turned on my wipers. The wiper blade flew off leaving me with no ability to clean my windshield on a slushy day. The technician apparently took it apart, but failed to reconnect it. I could have had a serious accident.
Will never buy another vehicle from them!!! Go in to get oil change and to check out some weird electrical issues. Thinking anything with the electrical was covered by warranty. I guess I was wrong!!!! I talked to a representative not once did she mention to tell me if nothing was wrong I would be charged extra!!! Like $350 more!! I am in disgust!! People: Watch out before you buy. People: Watch out before you buy, your brand new CRV could have an engine oil dilution issue. Honda Canada is aware of this but they are still selling it without confirming that the issue has been addressed!! Loss of Trust in Service Dept. I needed winter tires for my Honda Ridgeline, so phoned Sherwood Honda for a quote for new tires and rims and was quickly and efficiently given the information I needed. If you like getting hosed Went in to talk about trading in my 2012 f-150 roush edition for a small car for bombing back and forth to work. Prior to heading into the dealership to look at a few cars, I punched in all my info into their “trade in calculator”. Wouldn’t bother with them again You get wonderful customer service while you are buying a new vehicle but after everything is said and done, they drop the ball with their service department. Worst service by far. I rather go all the way to St. Albert Honda to get great service. Too bad I’m stuck with Sherwood Honda for my oil changes since I have the Oil change package. 👎🏼
Worst customer service ever We bought a brand new Accord in January. The salesman was really nice, the finance guy was a complete idiot. He wrote down my husband's income as being a tenth of what it is so the application was declined. Instead of looking over the application and thinking something was odd, he told my husband he would need a co-signer to complete the application.
