NOV 5, 2019. Dealership told me that I had 10 years free oil changes when I went to go get a tire fixed, found out I didn’t when I went to go pay for my tire. Manager actually said I have to pay for oil change or they will not release my car. I’m pretty sure that is not legal learned lesson never going there again.
Poor Sales Practices - broke contract When shopping for a Honda, I would not recommend Honda Sherwood. We have had good luck with our Honda purchases (a different dealer) and wanted to purchase a newer model. Poor management and overall dealership Our family has bought from Sherwood Honda in the past and would think that their loyalty and professionalism would be good as we are customers. Crooks!!! Bought a certified used car. 5 days later I reported transmission problems. Had the car towed to Sherwood Honda from Calgary at my own expense. The car was there for 6 weeks and they said there nothing wrong with the transmission but said the rear differential needs to be replaced. They installed a used diff and didn’t tell me they were putting used parts in. Another repair shop confirmed the transmission needs to be replaced. A group of thieves working togather. I went to get a work truck my credit was not so good he suggested I bring some one to co sign for me which I did instead he put everything in my brothers names and he didn't put me anywhere. Only because am black ignorant person.The 5000 I put down didn't reflect anywhere on the transaction.

Have an inspection done by an independent mechanic I purchased a used vehicle, and the battery was dead. As I tried to drive it off the lot, it would not start. This problem should not have occurred, because when I made the agreement to purchase the vehicle, I requested an inspection of the vehicle with specific instruction to check the battery. worst shop ever I bought a used Nissan X-Trail here and within 3 weeks it needed close to $1300 worth of brake work done. This was after they have raised the price due to brake work that they claimed was completed. Never trust these guys.
