I waited for a few minutes in the express lane. The employee then walked towards me ,did not greet me but just asked what I was here for. The impression I got from that was perhaps they were not too happy I was there and it was not something I have been used to after bringing both my brother's Nissan vehicle and myself for over 5yrs. We took in our vehicle for a passenger window issue. At first they didn’t have the part so they said they would order it. That was understandable. However, we had to phone them to figure out when to come in. They didn’t phone us. Very disappointed in that. Also told them about a front sensor issue we were having and one employee said “that it happens all the time”. I couldn’t believe that answer. We’ve owned our vehicle for only 6 weeks, there should be no reason for the sensor acting up. Obviously something must be wrong. ... read more

There were services done that were unnecessary and cost us a lot of money. Next time we will have to discuss with the service manager what services are really necessary.

Your service department did not deal with my check engine light, which put my truck into limp mode, in a speedy manner. The customer service is not there. I asked to have my truck detailed and it was not, i asked them to put gas in my truck after driving it over 200 kms and they said they had no gas. My vehicle was in your shop, or at your shop, for over 30 hours in the past two weeks. Please call my wife at 780-695-5222 as this was her service. Our issue has been with this service, as well as the last, when choosing an online option (& price) online coming in and being quoted $200+ more. This is only after we ask how much. If we did not, we would have been surprised by an invoice $200+ more than we planned. This is not very transparent and feel opportunistic. In terms of my optics, it feels diceptive.

Well this time you did good. However last time I was in, and by the way I didn't get a request for a review, the service was extremely poor. I was in in February for a check and it took over 3 hours. When I asked about things I was told wouldn't be long and then I found out you were doing the first recall of airbag on the driver side. I asked for a car wash and didn't get it. I was told my brakes needed fixing etc. In the end I got my brakes done but not by you. It was the worst service I had ever received at Nissan... read more

My battery wasn’t charging. I took my car in to Canadian Tire where I had purchased my battery as it was still under warranty. They tested the battery, said it was good and told me to go to Nissan (I have a Juke)to have the terminals cleaned. I made an appointment at Sherwood Nissan, where I purchased my car.
