We were very pleased with the service. We were looked after right away. Everyone was pleasant. We were told what they would be doing and there weren't any surprises at the end.

Mechanic end of was the chits , asked for a diagnosis too be done and never got print out of full inspection waste of time and money oh and still not running properly !!!

Day after getting my vehicle back the same error message appeared on my dash. I don’t want to drive anywhere for fear of it dying on the road again. Using a code reader it identified an error P1701, why did you miss it?

Dean handled my very simole tire repair request which led to my disgust and regret why I even purchase this vehicle from Nissan Sherwood Park Showroom. He’s leading me to purchasing a new set of tires by giving inaccurate tire tread depth. He said its at 5” and may need a replacement for all even he just measure one tire. When I said “its so unbelievable since i just the car for 7000KMS and why would Nissan sell this kind of car, hes response was “why would you even buy this car”. Expensive and long wait time, no complementary wash like I was told. Afterwards parked my vehicle extremely close to another vehicle so that I had to squeeze into the door. Drove three hours home with all dashboard lights flashing and vehicle shaking violently the entire way.
