I have clearly requested service advisor Shannon at the reception bay at 10:30am please don’t wash my vehicle because GlassMasters Auto-glass replaced my windshield same day morning and they instructed not to wash vehicle for the next 24 hours. She agreed and promised only do oil change . She also said work will done in 45 minutes as my vehicle is the next one. I waited the dealership reception area. After 45 minutes I got a call from another service advisor Daniel and I was not able to pick up phone. He left a voice mess... read more

I had a schedule one time, they're not completely fixed and I have to go back for the parts are not complete, so for me it's a waste of time go back & then.

My car was not washed after the service. Other dealerships provide a quick wash for vehicles still under warranty.

Not satisfied with the work they done in my nissan rogue..have a engine light and diagnos with tie rod problem and misfire spark plug within 24 hours the engine light appears again...and in the second diagnosis they say mass airflow and engine filter...hoping that this is the right diagnos...

Took my car in for service, which it was completed without issue. When they called to say that car was ready, I was informed about a timing case leak and transmission leak. When I questioned the advisor as my car has had no visible leakage on the ground I was informed that maybe it was leaking into the oil pan. When I came back to pick it up, I brought my dad. We asked about the leaks, was informed that it was probably leaking on the side of the engine. We could not get any true answers of where it was and nothing was record... read more

I specifically spoke to Nicholas about the undercoating underneath my car twice when I dropped my car off and when I picked it up. I was led to believe that it was done. When I picked up my car it looked great but when I checked unnderneath he did not do the undercoating! This is frustrating because it definitely needs to be done as the old coating is visibly peeling off. I spoke to the service desk staff and the lady with red hair took pics underneath my car and agreed with me. Now my car is rebooked to have this done. I am... read more

When a person makes an appointment for 7am they expect that their car is going to be one of the first cars done. We made it clear that I needed my car and yet it was in the afternoon when I was able to pick it up.
