I booked online for routine service and 3 options appeared -oil change, -tire rotation and -brake fluid service. I knew I needed oil change and did not need tire rotation and mentioned this at drop off. I got a text that my vehicle was ready and went to pick it up. I asked about the multi point inspection as there is normally a detailed page attached to invoice and the young man looks on computer but cannot find details. He says Nick will email. I just don't believe the claim about my climate control. My daughter has a Nissan different lesser model and it does not have the same issue. I suspect that it is a costly repair and that Nissan just doesn't want to fix it. After this I am going to be looking at different car companies for my next vehicle next year.

Traded a piece of…,rogue after 5 months and lost a pile of money. After having it in to be worked on several times and being told the issues were resolved, I still had issues with it. Who the hell makes and distributes vehicles without having parts for it. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a vehicle. Maybe more research needs to be done so your mechanics can actually fix shit!!! I’ll never buy another Nissan and will recommend that nobody I know ever does either! GARBAGE!!!

Arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, staff tried to outright lie to me about the time I booked. I have texts stating it was for 10 am (I also called to confirm it was that time prior to the date). Staff tried to lie and say my appointment was for 11am. Then they took OVER AND HOUR for an OIL CHANGE. Should take 20 mins to do that. And the final straw was when I got the bill and once again, the staff lied, as I was told when I called to book the appointment it would be $100 as that's the "standard rate". I went home and read the inspection sheet and was not told about returning for a retorque . As well they mentioned 2 issues regarding my battery charge and the TPMS??? losing program?? None if this was discussed with me.

I had requested that my tire pressure sensor be fixed. This was missed. I came in for an oil change and asked for the tire pressure so 50 percent of my request were forgotten. Disappointed!

It took five days, 13 phone calls and five reports, four of which were improperly completed, to have the proper inspection report sent to me. I also had to contact a separate dealership to confirm Sherwood park Nissan failed in providing a proper inspection report. So disappointing. A unnecessary waste of time AND effort. The customer service I received from this dealership was minimal and questionable at best.

I had a 10:30 appointment . Had to leave my truck there because I was told that it would be a few hours before they could look at it. Cost me almost $200, which included $16:90 shop supplies WTF. I didn't have any work completed at this time I feel ripped off and will not be returning.
