People are great. Problem is took my car in for its detail clean and they did a very bare minimum job.
I met with the guy who asked what I wanted done. I explained oil change, tire rotation, cabin and air filters. He asked for the mileage of my car and told me to put my keys on the dash. I did, he said will be done within the hour. While waiting I got a text message from Nissan saying that at 1:22 I was scheduled to meet with my adviser to go over the service. The part you said we needed to fix our vehicle was not the problem. So if we would have got it fixed through you, it would have cost us over $500 just to find out that wasn’t the problem and I guarantee you wouldn’t have waived the fee for the part that wasn’t the problem.

Their services, client care, and accountability are horrible!!!!! If you are lucky to buy a car without any problem, great! I bought a brand new car and the emergency brake doesn't work as it should be. I ask them to check it out and they did but they said they couldn't do anything, that they are sorry but I have to handle it and then they said they put tape on the camera to help. I came in for my scheduled appointment and it was about an hour and then was a recommendation about my oil cooler leaking. They gave me a quote as to what it would cost and I said I would think about it.
They listened to my concerns about the air being low in my tires. They made sure the tire pressure was fixed before I left.
I tried to book an appointment online and got one for Sept 6 2022. As I was hoping for an appointment sooner, I called when I could,and was happy to get an appointment the next day, Sept 21 2021. Cass got my car details and I was on my way very quickly. She asked if I wanted a car wash and even though my car was clean I knew there was a dirty spot so I said yes to the wash. Drop the vehicle off for an oil change they said it would take approximately one hour we came back in an hour and it was done.
