I had the first appointment of the day for a tire change and oil change, pretty simple stuff. When I arrived I was told I was third in line behind the express lane despite having an appointment. I then waited 3 hours in the lounge with no update from the staff. Was finally told it was ready when I asked. The work done was fine. I would’ve shown up earlier for the express lane had I know they get priority. All around a pretty poor experience.
It took almost 3 hours for service to be done. I had an appointment for 9:30 and didn’t get finished till noon. To me this is ridiculous, hire more staff or book less appointments in the day
4 hours wait for oil change was bit too much specially With a confirmed appointment.
The service manager and the girl at the service pay area were very nice. Friendly and good customer service. The guy who met me at the express door was not friendly or helpful. He didn’t even acknowledge me until he emptied the bays of all the cars (no customers in the cars). He could have at least wave and told me he would be with me in a couple mins. Went in for an oil and transmission oil change. Got a call telling me that I needed both front and back brakes. I just bought the pathfinder one month ago and was told there the brakes were fine. Took it back to the dealership I bought it from with your paper work for the brakes and showed the service department that did the inspection. They took my pathfinder in and took the wheels off and showed me the brakes. There was more brake there then I was told by your dealership and did not need changing. Quick service through the Express Lane. No issues always satisfied with this service. Staff friendly and always inform me of what is happening with vehicle .
when you book an appointment for a recall due to a technician’s mistake, you need to ensure you try to fulfill the customers need. Unfortunately this should have been rectified the first time but a customer driving 5 hours round trip should not have to deal with this issue for the third time. Your dealership has not tried to compensate nor assist with this. I do no like having to demand a fair treatment for something I have paid a lot of money for. I came in for just a oil change. The I waited for almost 10 mins in express before I was helped. When the girl did help me she was nice and took my info and I went to sit in the waiting room. After about half hour I noticed my vehicle was back.
