Not happy as requested for checking on closing of truck , I have been told it’s software issue and cost to fix will be $169. If it is software issue then Nissan should cover. If you take your surveys seriously I would Like to discuss this.
Had to wait a while at the service door (13 min) but only one girl was working. Super polite though.

I went for my oil change 2 days ago. Yes, I realize staffing levels are lower but when I was not happy with my service. The actual oil change was quicker than I was told which was nice but I found that first waiting to get in for 10 to 15 min with no other vehicles or people around was long and I spent 20 min waiting to pay as service was on the phone. It was a slow day and yet as a courtesy my car could not be run quickly through the car wash. Not impressed! Your customer service is disappointing.
I am not satisfied with Harpreet and Harry service because before that they were giving us deal on Nissan car but when another person came and buy the same car than they are ready to give that car to them. It is really wastage of time.
We had just received a flat tire and we went to Sherwood Nissan to find out whether we might need a new tire. The service person not only found out that the tire could be fixed but, since we needed an oil change, told us that the service area could fix both issues in an hour. We were on our way in an hour. Well done.
Car rental experience was not good. Did not feel safe, poor protocols.
Ridiculous about sums it up. I’ve had some dumb experiences with the Nissan service department, like screwed-up oil changes TWICE, but this takes the cake. Bought tires online from Nissan and scheduled an appointment via their online scheduler. Got a text back saying they got my order but could I please call for an appointment to install the tires. 1) Ordered winter tires and rims 5 weeks in advance and confirmed by email that it was the correct tire and rim size. It was not. 2) Did not find out wrong size until installed and had to get them taken off and wasted a day. I had to come back 2 days later for correct tire install. 3) Both times when I went to pay invoices they were wrong. 1st time it did not match the quoted price (had email to prove it). 2nd time I got billed for labour and parts to correct the mistake the dealer made.
