I asked the advisor to ask the technicians to check why the "tire pressure" light was on; when I left I noticed the warning light for tire pressure was still on I asked why the answer was " we don't know why its on" so its still on! When I got home I noticed that they had checked in red ( ie require immediate attn) brake fluid levels, I called Neil immediately and asked why this was not addressed as I would have had them deal with this - he said don't worry its just a bit dirty come in before winter! The lift gate in my vehicle was giving us grief. When it was in the shop they greased the struts and latch for me. There was a heck of a mess all along side the lift gate, in the inside along the rubber and a bit on the carpet and a pool of grease by the latch. I had to ask for someone to clean up the mess. A vehicle should NEVER go back to a customer in such a mess. It makes me wonder what else was neglected when you had my car??!! I was not impressed.

When spoke to used car manager he did not like the fact that I needed a windshield under warranty and that my warranty was almost done I had to argue with him a lot in order too get the windshield re sealed. I am on the road a lot so therefore there is little miliage per month on my car the discussion was not pleasant the service dept is wonderful. Only if I did not have too deal with James ever again

I brought my 2015 Murano to have the 48,000 km maintenance service as described in the maintenance manual (not the premium). This was on July 19, 2018. When I phoned for the appointment I was quoted $404.00. The day I brought the vehicle in for servicing, prior to any maintenance being performed, I was then quoted $453.00. I asked if the GST was included. I was told it was. Once the maintenance was completed, my final bill was $474.00. I called two weeks ago and booked an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. There were three outstanding recalls, all requiring parts. The person who answered the phone stated all the parts were in and I could everything done during my appointment. When I arrived I was asked if I would like my vehicle washed. I replied yes. When I picked up my vehicle I learned that two of the parts weren't in and I would have to come back again. My vehicle wasn't washed either. Costumer service was excellent but I wasn’t so pleased when I picked up my vehicle. I found several empty sunflower seed shells in my cup holder and the bottom of it is now stained with what ever flavor it must’ve been. I also found 2 used napkins on the passenger floor.

Went in for an oil change and a minor concern and Was surprised at the list of repairs needed and huge estimate. No consideration that if i was needing $2500 in repair then perhaps a few of the ‘diagnostic’ costs could waved. Got my tired elsewhere and may do the other repairs elsewhere too!

My husband Oliver took the car in for me. Here’s his experience: I dropped the car off at the appointed time of 10:00 and Ross wrote up the order. I asked him how long it would be and he said “one and a half to two hours” I called at 1:00 to see whether my car was ready and I left a message for Ross. When I called back again at 1:30 Ross answered to say it was ready. When I came to pick up the car I casually mentioned to Ross that it took longer than he stated.
