I discused the four issues I had with Cesare 1) Why did I have a 7:30 am appointment and had to wait until 8 am for the workers to arrive when people went through Express faster than me. 2) Coffee machine did not work 3)conflicting auditory issues between TV noise and Overhead music made for a very stressful waiting experience. 4)car retruned washed but mud smeared on my door Overall lack of ethic of care in my dealing with this dealership
Disappointed my heating issue couldn’t be accurately looked at due to weather

I brought my vehicle in as the tire pressure indicator kept coming on. They indicated it was a sensor issue and confirmed it had been reset. I drove it from the dealership and in approximately 5 kms the tire pressure indicator light came on again and remains on. I had another appointment thus couldnt return. I am not datisfied as the issue has not been resolved.
Ok, quick but did't change the windshield wipers as requested and didn't take the $10.00 of the oil change for the coupon I showed him
I brought my wife's car in for service because it has failed to start a number of times. I have had to boost it several times and the battery does not keep a charge. I brought it in on Monday, Dec. 3 and told the Service Dept it had to be boosted again and that it likely needed a new battery. They looked at it, tested the battery and said all was fine.... that's because I had just boosted it! I told them that they didn't solve the issue and that if I took it home it would sit for a couple of days and likely not start again. ... read more
Truck always seems to be left unlocked when i go to pick it up. Door wasnt closed on passenger rear side fully when it was parked either so between the long service time and it being parked outside with the door ajar the battery was drained far enough that I had to go back in and get a tech to boost me just so i could leave. Always seems to be a problem on pickup.
I was told it would be 1 1/2 hours and was greatly surprised when I got a call it was done in 45 minutes
