Handed 5 pages of paper work told where to pay the bill. Then I returned to the service bay, asked to speak to someone regarding questions I had, then retrieved our vehicle and went home.
Had an appointment scheduled for 3 pm. Did not leave there until 450 pm. Did not expect that long of wait to have winter tires put on. Very dissatisfied with service.
We stopped by Sherwood Nissan in September looking for a vehicle to use as a 'Towed' behind a Motorhome Coach. We were introduced to Gordon in used sales. He went through the used inventory and researched each vehicle on website for towing capabilities. We finally settled on a vehicle and made the purchase. It was an excellent experience dealing with Gordon. He is very Knowlegable about vehicles to be towed. I learned a great deal from him. Bad customer service from booking the appointment to taking 4 hours to complete an oil change then telling me that’s the way it goes.
They missed a few things on my inspection during the oil change. I felt like bad person, high maintenance person when I asked for them to check (which was part of their job). It was an awkward experience.
Regular oil change. Residual oil was left in my front skid plate and it dripped on my driveway when parked.
I waited for a few minutes in the express lane. The employee then walked towards me ,did not greet me but just asked what I was here for. The impression I got from that was perhaps they were not too happy I was there and it was not something I have been used to after bringing both my brother's Nissan vehicle and myself for over 5yrs. The employee asked if wanted a car wash and when I went to pick it up in the bay the vehicle was not washed and the employee did not mention it to me. We took in our vehicle for a passenger window issue. At first they didn’t have the part so they said they would order it. That was understandable. However, we had to phone them to figure out when to come in. They didn’t phone us. Very disappointed in that. Also told them about a front sensor issue we were having and one employee said “that it happens all the time”. I couldn’t believe that answer.
