I have found that the service at Sherwood Nissian has taken a huge dive. I have tried calling and calling to information requested and each time within the last 2 weeks I find that I am waiting over 20 mins to speak with someone from service. In the time frame I have to call back over and over and then not get through. Since not being able to get through I’ve had to drive to your outlet not good. Service for oil change
Don’t feel my vehicle issues got repaired. Didn’t fix one thing I asked for. No car wash after asking twice.
30 min fix turned into 2hrs 50 mins and I walked out with my fog light switched out. Not happy wouldnt recommend whole experience sucked.
You asked if we wanted our vehicle washed we said yes but it never got washed. No phone call to advised it was complete
We had booked an appointment to get our windshield replaced. The appointment was for 9:00 am. We were there on time. But the service advisor told us it would be about 3 hours because the people who replace windshields had something going on. It was almost noon and our vehicle was still not ready. Diane went to see the Manager about this.. The Manager ended up cutting our cost of this service. That was proper to do since we waited over 3 hours to get our vehicle. I had an oil change on my Sentra using synthetic oil and got home home and realized I had a coupon sent to me from Nissan with savings over $20. I think the service rep could have told me about the savings instead of charging me full price.
Were great when I first got the vehicle now they just keep tell me to keep monitoring my vehicle. I feel like they are just waiting for the warranty to run out.
No attempt was made to hear or accommodate my concerns. Every time you call, you're there to live a message. Careless, customer service! It took over a month to bring a computer system from Japan! What is it? It's not like out of space, these days. In the meantime, no customer care...no care whatsoever... Nissan Pathfinder 2011...not cheap...Maybe by their (dealership) standards, still, good chunk of money to be treated like a junk of a customer...
