A little disappoint that did not receive a phone call was promised. I sat there waiting in the lounge when i Murano was ready 20 mins ago.
Was a routine oil change and tire rotation. Service department was busy but still got me out of the dealership in just over an hour. Was my first time getting a service on my vehicle. Have nothing else to really compare it to.
Booking a service appointment took two days of fighting with a non responsive website and then finally being forced into calling. Second vehicle that was booked in is still under full warranty and no contact by the service technician during the time the vehicle was in the dealership. Had to deal with getting information at time of pick up. Only one shuttle. This dealership is in a bedroom community of a major metropolitan centre. Every other dealership in town runs 2 shuttles. What needed to be done was done
This is nit Natasha it’s Gordon Nitz. You guys replace my front struts pick the car up Friday and it feels like I have no suspension in the front in at all. Every bump I hit I hear is a band I need somebody get back to me today.
Scheduled me in quickly to fix my block heater cord that melted before temperature dropped to -33!
Since my service was done my air bag warning light is on. I am assuming that I will have to bring it back again to have it reset.
I brought my Murano in on Wednesday to have driver front seat heating component replaced this was fixed in a timely manner. However now the passenger seat is only activating the air cooling component so I have to return vehicle for additional service apt booked for Jan 27
