I have signed up with this company to offer the service to our clients. I decided to send them a deal. First they took close to 2 weeks just to get the system out to the client, client wanted the system within 2 day, and was willing to pay for overnight shipping. I wish if I have never went with with this company they are ruining my business they have on hold for almost 11K and they wont return back to me customer service is so rude they canceled my account for no reason and there reason of having this much money is because they say that my account is under a high risk of dispute like come on of course any company in the united states is under the high risk of dispute. Harbour touch is an unethical and dishonest company. You would be better off not accepting credit cards than using their services. The automatic renewal after 3 years is nothing more than a deceptive way to protect themselves from poor customer service. I can understand a 3 year contract to cover the cost of their "free" equipment but automatically renewing to an additional 3 years is scandalous. They locked us into another contract without our consent. Then demanded that we pay THOUSANDS of dollars and sent us to collections. Small businesses beware. Harbortouch is a RIP OFF!!! We have to pay for a system we haven't used in 2 YEARS! They are in the business of putting small businesses out of business. I hate them so much I could spend the next week just writing reviews on how shady they do their business!!! Maybe I will! READ ALL THE FINE PRINT and ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS...ACTUALLY, JUST STAY AWAY!!!

Stay away from this company lack of communication with there customers very poor customer service I had a problem with there system from day one equipment Not up to date no app to check system When they send you a replacement they will take the money out your back account with out notifying you

Only leaving 1 star because I have to. Beyond the WORST customer service ever! After leaving and going with another company I was billed for services I did not receive. After numerous numerous numerous hours spent on the phone the issue is still not resolved. This has been going on since October of 2018. I have yet to have my account credited the proper amount owed to me.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY! DAY OF INSTALL I TOLD THEM I NO LONGER WANTED TO SIGN UP WITH THEM, THEY SAID I HAD TO STAY WITH EQUIPMENT AND RETURN BACK TO THEM AT MY EXPENSE AND NOW THEY CHARGING ME $550 TO RESTOCK AND I HAVE NO CHOICE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! CALLED AND AGENT SAID THAT IS THERE POLICY AND CANT DO ANYTHING AT ALL AND UNTIL THEY RECEIVE EQUIPMENT THEY ARE STILL GOING TO CHARGE ME, RIDICULOUS!!!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS THEY SHOUD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!!!!

deceptive sales tactics, equipment issues, exorbitant cancellation fees, and poor customer support
