Scam company, run! I tried to close an account that they fraudulently opened under my identity and they refused to unless I gave them my social security number, I told them I will be raising this issue with all pertinent authorities and then they hung up on me.

Horrible customer service Quite Possibly the worst POS company in the world. Never once in the three years I was forced to do business with this company did I have a positive experience. I was a FuturePOS user and when Shift4 Purchased the company it all went bad. Steve Pritchard (VP Sales) would simply lie to you when ever approached about something wrong. HORRIBLE You can never get a hold of the right department they transfer you repeatedly, no one ever knows what department are supposed to speak to. I have been waiting for 2 months to have my equipment transferred to a new business location and I can never get a hold of the correct people. After constant emails I have been once again waiting 4 days for someone to get back to me and no response,, AND IN THE MEANTIME BEING CHARGED INACTIVE FEES that nowhere does that say in the contract. Pathetic POS system Their POS system and staff is still under testing and hence support is pathetic, don't get it even if it is offered free. It would take 1 hour to get some one on call and then the guy would say I am from Harbour touch let me transfer you to skyTab technician, that would be another hour and if you get disconnected you would start all over again. When the technician comes on phone they would not know anything as they are still exploring and learning the system

The bigger Scam company This company will sell you the equipment and hide fees. They won't tell you they will charge a yearly fee of 180 dollars and eveytime you call they won't fix your issue. I finally got to get a refund and I never got it, when I called back the said they decided I won't get it. They customer service is no help at all. I signed on novemember 2021 and did not get machine until april and they were still charging me that time. Do not sig uo for this company. Meridian Star is the one selling it.

Difficult To Cancel Require a signature to cancel and keep on debiting the account until they get one. Wish they would make their money by providing good service as opposed to barriers to exit. My ask is phone cancellation or online cancellation.

No cancelation option Get your account set up with them and you are on the hook for the life they will keep charging your business the monthly fees if you don't believe me look up all the complaints on BBB.

Scammers. This company is absloutley thr biggest scammers in thr industry. The digged into my business bank account for 4 months when I figured it out it was almost 6k.when I brought it up I'm at fault yes I was to blame for them stealing mu money 2 I never saw the 500 sign bounce. 3 I sold the business and they still billing me and I'm in collections now.suing those mofos. Run ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍

SHIFT 4 IS TERRIBLE. 2 1/2 HOURS ON THE PHONE AND STILL COULDN'T SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR. THEY DEBIT MONEY OUT OF AN OLD BANK ACCOUNT EVEN THOUGH THEY DEPOSIT MONEY INTO THE CORRECT ACCOUNT. I GET OVERDRAFT FEES EVERY MONTH BECAUSE OF THIS. BEEN TRYING TO FIX THIS FOR 11 MONTHS NOW.
