Worst customer service. No one calls you back my deposits and batches don’t match up I’m missing 4K+ for a month now and no one can get me an answer. Every time I call a new person answers and I have to completely tell them my story again because they can’t get ahold of the other employee that was taking care of my case. I don’t recommend harbortouch associated with shift4 payments.

This is the worst company in the world. I have been waiting for ny money for over a month now. I have been lied to yelled at and totally disrespected by the staff. I had to miss my own sisters funeral because they did not pay me. I call everyday and I cant get anyone to call me back or the person I'm trying to contact will not answer her phone. Whatever you do, do NOT sign up with Shift4 or ***********. They are a total nightmare from A to Z! Shop around and get plenty of quotes; you will find many other companies that give better service for much cheaper rates; this type of service does not have to be local to get great service. I also used *************POS system; again, a nightmare and had to return it. I don't know how they stay in business. Seriously... take my advice and save yourself a lot of money and a lot of headaches.

Horrible company, Charge you hundreds long after your done with them. I had them or 7 years and had to cancel due to covid. The machine glitched all the time, I couldn't use my swiper on the POS, I had to use another on the counter!! Old Systems and rarely updated! I sent all equipment back and they still charge me over $500 and month! And I was done with my contract!!! They ARE shady and merchant services are HIGH!!! Dishonest and corrupt!

Worst credit card company in the world. Take multiple debits from your account without Authorizing. The compliance fee that is YEARLY has been taken out FOUR times this year already. I originally BOUGHT my terminal 10 years ago for $800.00 yet that doesnt matter I still get charged monthly for a lease on my equipment. I am supposed to be on seasonal, yet I still get charged monthly. They refuse to cancel my contract. This horrible service has just started the past 2 years. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!

New York State needs to investigate them as they are charging people fees and they are not following NY General Obligations Law 5-903. I have never received any written notice that they are about to renew my contract or given me the opportunity to cancel it. I have made numerous calls to them and written them to resolve and cancel my contracts. I even sent them all their credit card processing machines prior to them renewing the contract and they still continued to withdraw money from my account for fees. I would hope the BB... read more

So far I found out Harbortouch did the following to me as I enter into my 2nd year with them. Folks, this is outright bad faith and shady business practices. Let me tell you about them and I do have information to back my claims if you need them. So Harbortouch registered me and fenced me in for a 3 years contract. Within the time period and so far I have been ripped off by them for 15 months. Harbortouch took $1953.00 out of my bank account this morning. I called to find out why. After 1 1/2 hours mostly on hold they told me it was for new equipment which I did not receive or order. They finally agreed and said I should get my money back in maybe 48 hrs. In the meantime I received bank charges for insufficient funds. I told them to get my money back sooner as they have no problem transferring credit card funds in 24 hrs. I was then told I would receive a call from someone who could help me. have used harbortouch for 2 years with lots of issues and when I wanted to cancel my account after 2 years you have extended my contract automatically and did not let me close my account and continued charging me until now after 1 year since I stopped using your service. You guys are awful with no consideration that I was paying you for 3 years and now you want to charge me more to close my account. I'm so so mad at you guys that you continue charging my account 1year after I stopped using your service. Your customer service... read more
