I have always had great service at this vet clinic. Drs. are kind and personable, front desk helpful. I moved significantly further away in the last year but continue to take my dogs there. I feel like they have often gone the extra mile to help. I have had several occasions where I requested a call back from the vet with questions and they always call me back and take the time to give me a thorough answer. These folks worked in our elderly dog when he started having serious end-of-life difficulties and were very good with him, and us. We especially appreciated the ability to communicate through voice mail, email and text rather than waiting on hold at odd times. The fees were reasonable, service was knowledgeable, and all staff were kind.
I have been taking my pets here for 20+ years. I have always been happy with the service and the vets. Last Saturday I brought my cat in as she was feeling ill and acting lethargic. The vet took great care and time with her, we did the full diagnostic to verify kidney disease. The wonderful vet showed me how to administer fluids and sent me home with an IV bag and the script for a diet change. Always good, and happy. Dr. Snyder and Dr. Paulson have cared for my two dogs and three cats over the past eight years. It included multiple diagnoses, preventive care, and, sadly, many goodbyes. Yesterday, Dr. Snyder met my Russian Blue cat. She treated Grayson with the same care and kindness, I'm accustomed to from SCAH. Dr. Snyder explained possible outcomes and several options. I left knowing my cat is getting the best possible care by compassionate and highly skilled professionals.

Dr. Snyder was the best vet I have ever seen, hands down. Our 2-year-old Australian Shepherd Ricky had chronic stomach problems - every 2 weeks or so, he wouldn't eat his breakfast (very out of character) and then later in the day he'd have terrible, dark red diarrhea. It was extremely upsetting to see our high energy, very happy dog feel miserable every 2 weeks. I'm surprised this place doesn't have higher reviews on Yelp. We've been taking our dogs here for years and have always had a wonderful experience. The staff and vets are all friendly and the prices are very reasonable. Dr. Paulson in particular is amazing - our dogs have had multiple appointments with him, including a teeth cleaning and extraction, and we have been extremely pleased with the kindness, care, and expertise he has shown. I'm so happy I brought my dog here. Prior we were at the vet on 145th in Shoreline and it was pricier, and overall the experience wasn't great. Dr. Paulson and team are kind, the pricing is fair and give you as much information up front as possible. They love animals and it shows in every interaction. I'm so glad we have found this place!

After using several vets over the years on the east side and in North Seattle, I finally found a vet that doesn't over charge and offers quality care. Even with COVID, they are prompt and taking efforts to keep everyone safe. Kudos to them for their work!

Dr Paulson and the folks at the front desk have always been so kind, respectful and helpful. Just recently we had to put my poor kitty down, and Dr Paulson consulted with us and then made a house call so our cat could be comfortable with us. He made it a better experience given the circumstances, then his team took care of all of the things afterwards (cremation, paw print in clay, a sympathy card from the entire team) in a very respectful way.
