Age is just a number and I was denied a fine viewing of John Wick 3: Parabellum. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined. Not funny didn't laugh.
Not a fan. Loud, chaotic, packed full of stuff none of us need and built on what was once beautiful cross timber forest. The reclining chairs in the theater were super comfy, but after having my first alcoholic beverage in a theater I promptly fell asleep. And some how they got a tax break for developing here. Overall this place just makes me sad. We need to rethink development in Edmond.
I watched the new Avengers: End Game and it was awesome. The seats were super comfortable, and I enjoyed how you couldn't see the people in front of you. However, the popcorn they serve is a different story. The people I was with and I had the popcorn, and shortly after we all started having heart palpitations. Do not eat the popcorn unless you plan on going into cardiac arrest. Stay away from heart attach popcorn.

Disappointed. Pre bought tickets for Captain Marvel for the SDX theatre. When the previews started the right hand side of the screen was cut off and there was no audio. I understand that sometimes technical glitches happen, they were not prepared. There was no plan to handle the few patrons that were there on a Tuesday morning. Customers had to fend for themselves on whether they wanted a refund or see a different show.

Disappointing. We expected better from Edmond's brand new entertainment complex. We started in the arcade. The employee told us games averaged $1-$2 each. 20% of the games were out of order. The least expensive game was $2 & it went up from there. Next, we ordered dinner in the cafe. Milkshake was very runny. Most of the hot foods we ordered came out cold. The experience starts with a parking lot that is far too small and segmented....a total disaster. Stepping foot inside offers no relief. Chaos is the best word to describe whatever excuse for a business plan that this venue tried to execute. The largely self-serve concessions is a free-for-all and the staff was openly disinterested in helping the patrons. The only reason I am giving this place one star is because the movie theater was alright. Not amazing- just alright. I expected so much more from a new entertainment complex that had so much publicity and costly development all around it for a year or two...and is by I-35. Everything else about the ShowBiz complex was just so awful and disappointing. The parking lot is choppy. Traffic was lacking direction and flow. Very bad experience at the bar. The staff wasn't friendly, i asked for recommendation and they gave me green drink with Rum in it along with cherry & an orange slice on it. I was there on Christmas Eve around 8:20pm. I asked the server before serving that is it sweet he said not much but later I found out that alcohol content is so low & this drink cost me $11+tip, which was insane.
