Why are there so many moths in the theaters? They are flying in the light all movie distracting from the show! Also about 50% of the time I go there my chair buttons do not work.

Spencer thanks for the feedback. We appreciate hearing from our guest. As the construction has started around us, we have incurred some plumbing and pest issues. We have the plumbing issues under control now and our pest control people are working diligently of finding a way to get rid of these little moths. 2 out of 5 stars Showbiz Cinemas Edmond has become seriously disappointing. This used to be the theater in Edmond -- comfortable, clean, and somewhere you actually looked forward to going. Unfortunately, that's no longer the case. The seats are badly worn out and uncomfortable. Many of them feel collapsed and overdue for replacement. Apologies for any inconvenience with worn seats and cleanliness issues with the restroom. We have new seat covers on order. The manufacture has run into some delays but should be here soon. Used to love this place, but it appears that they have deferred a lot of maintenance and are not cleaning well either. The theater seats are cracked, dirty, and sound like a grinder when you recline them. The theaters are otherwise dirty and sticky. A good chunk of the bathroom stalls were out of order. The prices have went up, while the quality has went down. Icon cinema isn't far away and is much cleaner.

I have to give "1" star: The seats in theater 5 are horrible so avoid it! Some of the seats don't recline, they are worn and desperately needs to be replaced! One literally will drop into the because the springs are "not springing"! Do better SB!!!

This theater has really fallen from grace over the last few years. Seats in the premier SDX theater are worn and look absolutely horrible. Seat G13 would not recline, and I had to move to another seat. Hopefully some investment will go into this place soon. Until then, I will not be going back.
Y'all will always be the worst movie theater ever in Oklahoma. Definitely worth not going

Why the heck would you have the air conditioning on in the winter month of January? Im siting in a movie on Jan 31st when the temp is 11 degrees outside and youre blowing the AC like it was the middle of July. Made my experience terrible and throughly unknowable.

The building was alright. The theater decent. The teens who would not shut up ruined it.

This cinema is filthy. There's broken and nonworking toilets and faucets in the bathrooms. There's trash behind every seat. There's sticky floors, dirty doors, dirty sinks, dirty toilets, dirty everything. It was so nice when they first opened and it was well kept for several years as clean as it could be. There's a lot of workers usually for the games and concessions but not enough cleaning staff.
