The seats are old, peeling, and they feel dirty. There are flying bugs that fly throughput the entire movie. The trays, cup holders and arm rests are sticky. The theater also has musty smell. It's just not an enjoyable experience.

It's longevity is going to be brief in my opinion. It has been moth infested for years. Bathrooms aren't working well. Water backed up on the floor in two men's room last visit. Employees are distracted and service probably will never recover from the Covid situation and food services ghost like. I'm curious what will be built there when they tear it down. It is already challenging enough finding anything out of Hollywood that's a family worthy product.

Still infested with flying moths. Bugged me the whole movie. Movie was good though. Snacks was expensive

This theatre is dirty and infested with flying moths. We have been here several times over the last six months and always flying moths during the movie. I spoke to the manager and he said "oh yes we have a moth infestation and have had exterminators spray but don't know where they are coming from", so I said, so you know about it and it isn't getting better?" We won't be back!!!!!!
UNEMPATHETIC MANAGER! Being a good manager is listening to their customers and trying their hardest to accommodate their needs, especially if the customer is in need of assistance. This was not the case tonight with my husband. They have sold to another company. They should have notified everyone to no longer use the Elevate app. I purchased tickets on the app and it changed my setting from the Edmond location to a Texas location! When I arrived at the Edmond location to see the movie it wasn't even playing there. I spend over $30 for the tickets. They gave me 2 free tickets but that did not cover the $30+ I had paid. I guess I'll be finding a new theater.
Turn on the darn heat! Just watched Nosferatu in a theater that felt like it was about 50 degrees. Multiple parties complained and the employees blamed "corporate" for not allowing them to turn on the heat. Unacceptable. Spent $40 to shiver for two hours.
This place is filthy, very understaffed, freezing cold in the theaters! Won't be returning.
