This seems like such a great place!!! BUT.... The service is awful! So, first of all, we reserved two lanes. I asked about military discount and they give you one free shoe rental per lane. well, at least they give us $4.50 off. Even though there were multiple veterans. Second, the lanes were $38 plus each person who needs shoes $4.50 for 1.5 hours. Takes a minute to get started figuring out all the options for games!!? Wish it was just straight bowling scoreboard. Prices are crazy $10 for popcorn is outlandish. I will never be going back here a drink, candy, and popcorn in total cost 22$. If im buying popcorn it better be good, but no this popcorns butter is absolutely terrible.

Since new ownership perishable products have gone down, ie popcorn isn't as tasty or popped kernels as large as when they first opened. Only one size drink is sold. For seniors, they refuse to sell us the children's kit without the drink and fill the drink slot with popcorn, making us feel like we're asking for an expensive replacement. Staff doesn't appear glad to be there and when asked a question the guy at the register looks at us as if we're from Mars. Happens every time. Terrible. We just left a movie there and it was the worst experience. People talked loudly the whole time. Several patrons got up to tell the manager about the idiots and nothing happened. The manager asked one person to leave. They were loud and obnoxious the entire time and ruined the experience for all other patrons. We won't be returning to this theatre.

Why single sizes? Not everyone eats a large bucket of popcorn or drinks a large drink? All this does is create waste at the expense of the consumer. Bring back choice to the customer.

We visited right after the mission impossible movie came out, and we bought the mission impossible souvenir cup and bucket which we never do because of the price, but two different employees said that as long as mission impossible movie is still in theatres, then we can get free refills. I also just double checked the ad on showbiz Facebook page, and it did not say anything about same day limitations. We came today, but when we tried to get a free refill, they refused saying that it was only same day refills. We talked to th... read more

The manager, Chase Day, is so disrespectful. We will no longer be coming here. He called me a liar and refused to refill my souvenir popcorn and drink. The worst person I have ever met.

Despite a big disclaimer on the website, a big sign at the entrance and one in the corridor of the theaters, we noticed a bunch of middle school aged children walking in with no parents. When we got to our theater, there were 4-5 different middle school aged kids sitting on the back row talking. When the movie started, they continued to talk and got into an argument with raised voices. Then, they got up and chased each other around the theater throwing popcorn. This place has fallen so far, so fast. There have been small issues all along, mostly due to the revolving door of staff, but it's been easy to turn a blind eye to them as everything else has been pretty stellar, but no longer. 3 of the last 4 movies we have seen here have had issues. Clerks 3 took nearly 30 minutes to get the audio video issue sorted out before it finally started, but it did finally get sorted out.
