We visited right after the mission impossible movie came out, and we bought the mission impossible souvenir cup and bucket which we never do because of the price, but two different employees said that as long as mission impossible movie is still in theatres, then we can get free refills. I also just double checked the ad on showbiz Facebook page, and it did not say anything about same day limitations. The manager, Chase Day, is so disrespectful. We will no longer be coming here. He called me a liar and refused to refill my souvenir popcorn and drink. The worst person I have ever met.

Despite a big disclaimer on the website, a big sign at the entrance and one in the corridor of the theaters, we noticed a bunch of middle school aged children walking in with no parents. When we got to our theater, there were 4-5 different middle school aged kids sitting on the back row talking. This place has fallen so far, so fast. There have been small issues all along, mostly due to the revolving door of staff, but it's been easy to turn a blind eye to them as everything else has been pretty stellar, but no longer. 3 of the last 4 movies we have seen here have had issues. Clerks 3 took nearly 30 minutes to get the audio video issue sorted out before it finally started, but it did finally get sorted out. If you pay for your hour to bowl, they won't let bowl for another hour because the "have a wait list" even though they have 5 open lanes. That would be like a restaurant not allowing you to order dessert because people were waiting for your table.

Worst experience. I initially reserved two lanes for 8 people. When we were called up after a 30 minute wait the employee tried to pack us into one lane next to another family of five. There wasn't room to sit let alone a place in the ball return for our balls. I went back up to the front to ask why we were placed in one lane and if we could get a second like i had originally requested the one employee treated me like i was asking her to squeeze water from a rock even though it was my original request. Went here to go bowling and I overheard one of the managers, I think her name was Kourtney, verbally abusing the employees and calling them swear words. When I asked her a question she got an attitude with me and wasn't very helpful so I went to go ask another employee.

Started pretty strong, but now are terrible. It takes about 30-45 minutes to get food from the snack bar (when not busy), and their actual food doesn't match the menu description. Who does a BLT on a bun?? Apparently that's the new ShowBiz way (I'm sure buns are cheaper than actual bread). Save yourself the trip and go to Flix or the Warren instead.

Lane 3,4 ball return scratched our bowling balls. Terrible customer service. Said go to AMF and get it repaired and I have to pay for it. They should pay to fix the deep scratches.
