Place sucks. Took 25 minutes to get a soft pretzel I ordered. another 15 to get a bag of popcorn. If you are an actual bowler, the lanes are greased terribly. Beer was flat. And to top it off our bowling lane kept getting stuck and we have to keep asking for help to fix it. 0/5

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First of all the bowling is only available part time. Second the deli closed early and the ticket shop for the kids is filled with teenagers wanting to go home before it closes. Can't get a beer before 10:00 and good luck trying to find anyone of any help! This won't last very long in Edmond. Low budget with a expensive price tag! We won't be back!

I would be putting less than 1 star if I had the option. When I was there last week, I met the general manager. I believe his name was David. He was incredibly rude and disrespectful not only to the guests but also to his employees. I beg you not to give this place your money. AMC would be a better option.

This is somewhere parents go to have a drink and watch a rated R movie while their kids can go nuts. I do not recommend this theater for adults without children, and certainly not for a date. The seats, while plush, are small and don't recline back all the way. The large arm in the middle doesn't move up and there's a really awkward tray table in front of every seat. In the end we found ourselves very uncomfortable in a completely packed theater on a Tuesday afternoon. Penn Square AMC is still much better.

The website said that a movie was sold out, so I called to see if there were any tickets available - 15% of the tickets were available, the website was messed up. I asked if there was anyway to secure tickets, we are an hour away and don't want to drive if not. The manager got on the phone, and I explained the situation. He said they normally don't hold tickets but he understood the site wasn't working so he would make the exception. When I got to the theatre my tickets were at the box office waiting for me. It should be illegal to sell seats in row A... the injustice. You cannot see the screen AT ALL without rolling your eyes back into your head. These should be sold at 90% off since you can see 10% of the movie. Take your money elsewhere. Poorly put together

I was informed by the management at this location today that they are no longer accepting walk-up tax-free exemptions from religious organizations. All bookings must be done a week in advance through the group sales department and include a minimum of 15 people. Unfortunately this means no more trips to Showbiz for the group of guys we are cottageparents for at a local faith based residential childcare facility. No worries though as there are other movie theatres in town that do accept our tax-exempt status on a walk-up ... read more

The theatre itself is nice but the website for ShowBiz is among the worst I have ever seen. Not a Reward member? Register..... should be easy enough. It indicates an error but it does not indicate what the error is. Had this issue in registering and gave up on becoming a Rewards member so decided to purchase as a guest but .... ANOTHER ERROR ... ANOTHER LACK OF COMMUNICATING WHAT THE ERROR IS!!!! COME ON! SHOW WHAT THE ERRORS ARE "SHOW"BIZ!

I hate this. They have NO DR.PEPPER!!!! How dare they!! I read this review that said they didn't have any. I'm ashamed in them. I thought they were better than this. If I were you, I would get dr. Pepper.
