Lane 3,4 ball return scratched our bowling balls. Terrible customer service. Said go to AMF and get it repaired and I have to pay for it. They should pay to fix the deep scratches.

I would have given no stars of it wasn't for the manager. My family and I went this location to go bowling. We just moved to Edmond and live close to the theater. I do not allow my children to drink soda or juice because of the extreme sugar content. We all ordered WATER and some with lemon. When we got the bill we were CHARGED $16.50 for soft drinks. im actually here right now, the managers were very nice but we were given lane 7 which is probably the shittiest lane here and it was so bad that they had to station a guy behind the pins to put pins on it manually. My man Kyle needs a raise. It was so bad that they had to add almost an entire hour to our lane. Special shout out to my man Kyle though, he was there with us for like an hour and a half. never coming back for bowling.

I can't believe I'm saying this because it was definitely one of my favorite venues for movies. However today was catastrophically bad. Trash all over the floor at noon on a Saturday. Many food items gone including the iconic $1 hotdog. No lids for soda cups! Multiple registers weren't working. Several screening rooms were having equipment issues. We just moved to Edmond and we're looking forward to going to the "new" ShowBiz Cinema just off Covell and I35. Very disappointed! We went to see the new Spider-Man movie at 12:20. Got there early to check it out and load up on snacks. The concession area was filthy with food all over the floor. They were out of some of the selections, empty food cabinets. Place sucks. Took 25 minutes to get a soft pretzel I ordered. another 15 to get a bag of popcorn. If you are an actual bowler, the lanes are greased terribly. Beer was flat. And to top it off our bowling lane kept getting stuck and we have to keep asking for help to fix it. 0/5

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First of all the bowling is only available part time. Second the deli closed early and the ticket shop for the kids is filled with teenagers wanting to go home before it closes. Can't get a beer before 10:00 and good luck trying to find anyone of any help! This won't last very long in Edmond. Low budget with a expensive price tag! We won't be back!

I would be putting less than 1 star if I had the option. When I was there last week, I met the general manager. I believe his name was David. He was incredibly rude and disrespectful not only to the guests but also to his employees. I beg you not to give this place your money. AMC would be a better option.
