Unfortunately, my experience at Honda has been very bad. Unfortunately, my experience at Honda has been very bad. I have left crying multiple times and no one seems to ever want to help. Sales people are really good at getting you into a car, but once you’re into a car, They never wanna help with anything after even if the damages were their fault. They refused to help. I will never refer anyone to go to Honda and I will not be returning.

The salesman was trying to sell me on upgrades when I The salesman was trying to sell me on upgrades when I asked him what the upgrade package was all he could say was it will make all the lights on your dash turn off. He couldn't explain what maintenance would be performed with the upgrade package. Then he tried to charge me $40 more than the estimated price after tax until I brought it up and changed the price back. He was just trying to hard sell me on upgrades he didn't understand.
