Absolute Ripoff Artists I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to buy a car from this place! First I was told they could get me the Jeep I wanted, so I got a ride from where I lived at the time which was 3 hours from the dealership. Then when I got there the saleswoman tried to sale me something else that I didn’t want or like. When I finally gave in she handed me off to another salesman and left. Dishonest and Unethical Dealer My major problem with this dealer lies in the finance office. After declining any and all service packages THREE TIMES, the dealer decided to add one anyways and tell me that it was "free". Two problems: It was not free, it was full priced. Two, this is incredibly dishonest and unethical behavior. They were just hoping that since they told me it was free I would believe them and not look at the itemized breakdown of costs. Stay away!!! Bought couple new Accord and got ripped off couple times from Finance department. Selling me extended warranty which i told them 10 times "NO" and they will trick you saying only $10 or $20 extra a month whiches no true. They added 6 months to my load. So, instead of 60 months payments, he made it 66 months. DO NOT SIGN ANY PAPERWORKS UNTIL YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING. THIS PEOPLE WILL NOT FIX ANY PAPERWORKS PROBLEMS. I was lucky enought to know Steve Marion and he was only ONE can fixed my paperworks.

unreliable showcase honda phx we purchased a vehicle and had several issues along the way. we live in an area that we do not get any mail to our physical address. this information was told to every person thru our process with everyone stating they will make sure the address will be the po box. i did find the information on who we were set up with for our loan and spoke with them. they did have only the physical address and sent all our information to the physical address and it was returned back to them. we then went to mvd... read more
