Two times I've been there for an oil change, and neither time was the windshield fluid refilled. First time I thought maybe it wasn't included in the basic service, so I specifically asked the 2nd time and I was told this would be refilled. 2 weeks later and I'm having to drive back in on my day off, during my time off, so you could do something I paid you to do 2 weeks prior. Low pressure light on. Tire pressure is correct, 33lb front 30lb back. Why didn't they check the sensor on the tires. It maybe the only issue I have, but this is important!

My truck does not have that mileage I just reached 64400. They do not inspect the vehicle correctly I will never take my truck back to them!

was hit with a service charge for credit card use at checkout - I was not informed at any point during my appointment of this (except a small sign announcing this new policy posted at waist level); to add insult to injury, this service charge had been added to prior appointments without my being informed

originally over charged for repairs and then brought the price down to what the charge should have been in the 1st place but wanting to look like they were giving me a deal. Honda's service is over priced.

no attention to detail. my dash still says maintenance overdue and other nonsense.my clock WAS SET - NOW IT ISN'T. Leaves me disappointed and yearning for professionalism.

The person from the service department who helped me did a great job under the circumstances. It's frustrating that it took Honda months to get a replacement part and that makes me think twice about buying another car from them. However that is not the responsibility of the service technician who helped me get through that waiting period.
