I was promised a replacement windshield when I purchased I was promised a replacement windshield when I purchased a new Honda crv hybrid. I have been told it is on back order for 1 year. Then I'm being told I need to do the replacement through a third party. When the third party called and asked us for payment before the replacement I informed them Honda was covering the bill and to call them for payment. No contact back from the dealership or the window company. It has been 2 years now and no replacement.

Staff at the garage acted very confused, but filled the reservoir. Filling of the windshield washer fluid was cleared checked off on the service paperwork. Service mgr is not customer oriented. Service mgr is not customer oriented. My 2017 oddesy has 83500 miles and has oil ring issue well documented by other cars with 3.5 liter engine. Wanted to charge me $5,000 dollars to fix. I thought Honda vechiles were supposed to be much more reliable.

Have had constant issues with my "certified preowned" Have had constant issues with my "certified preowned" Honda civic. Paid $700 for "major service" in September 2024. 1 went to a different mechanic last week who believes showcase Honda did not actually replace my transmission or brake fluid, nor did they replace my air or cabin filters. All of which I paid for. Would highly, highly recommend not coming here.
