Not a good experience for me. I purchased a used vehicle and was told that some of the defects I found would be taken care of by the dealership. Well, now that they have my money, they couldn't seem to care less. I was told that the service department would reach out to me but that has never happened. When I inquired about the status, I got one or two word answers and no follow up whatsoever. So now I have a used truck with a non-functioning turn signal and missing parts. Fantastic. This place is very incompetent when it comes to handling the financing. The car is great and I love it the paperwork ended up getting all worked out, but it was very irritating. Need better employees or a better manager to oversee the process. Plus they called my co-signer and bombarded him asking if he wanted to buy a car. Which irritated him and me to the point where I wish I never did business with them.

Absolute slime balls the salesmen (Victor) that I worked with was amazing, however management here are scammers! First they come to me with an offer that I was ready to walk out with a new car! Then they left for a good 15 minutes when they came back all of a sudden my payment was $3,000 more...I asked them to take the dealership add one off and they said okay! Typical high pressure high stress use everything they can think of to get every last penny out of you. Dealer installed addons with ludicrous markups and prices sewn into the contract , tell them you don't want those things on the car , sorry all of our cars already have this stuff installed. Rashaunn tried taking my whole $9000 down payment and tried to get paid for nitrogen in tires, 3years of paint and 1 year of tint. I knew this sales tactic and told him I didn't authorize any of this and instead of saying ok he hiked up my interest rate my 9%. this place doesn't care about gaining a customer. We were brought over by an internet agent who assured us savings of $3.7k on a vehicle they had listed for $19k. When we brought it up (we had the entire conversation on the phone) the manager Thomas basically said it's not true and won't sell the car for less than the listed amount. Didn't bother apologizing for his agents mistakes or owning up to it and presenting other options. Basically a big F U to us. my brother in law just said we are done and got up and walked away. 3/25/23 we called on a vehicle asked if it was available and we were told it was, asked us if we wanted to schedule an appointment so we did for 3/27/23 @11. we got to the dealer and rhinell navora took us in the back to look at it. at this time we were told that it isn't ready yet and we can't even look inside the car until it is looked over. the car was not "available" but they said if we want to be in line for this car we needed to put a contract on it with money down to hold it for us. we would then have to drive over 60... read more

Talked to Rhinell Navora at Showcase Honda on Saturday about buying a car that was in transit. He said the mark up was $20k. I told him that I was unwilling to pay a $20k mark up and he could call me if he was willing to reduce the mark up. 3 days later I received a call from him stating that the car would arrive in about 2 days and and there was good news the mark up was reduced to to $13k and led me to believe that the mark up could still be negotiate lower if I was serious and came in to the dealership.
