It all began in 1993, when two local boys in Gulf Shores, Alabama decided to open up a casual family-focused seafood restaurant on the Gulf Coast. The idea was to create a restaurant where people would feel welcome to be themselves, families could afford to dine out together and strangers would leave as friends. Order was wrong but was charged for the item anyways and then order a drink and didn’t receive. Manager wasn’t understanding nor did they correct my ticket
-wait time-was told 45 minutes-waited 1 1/2 -forgot our food:( -was out of grits-waited an hour for food Our waitress was WONDERFUL though!!! We think her name was Jamie?? Not positive that is what was on our receipt.
I are at the one in Pensacola and it sucked to. my woman loves shrimp so I went to this one and it sucked worse. I asked for no cheese on my burger and they put it on any way the frys are for the seagulls
Not as good as ones in Alabama!! Not as friendly and difficult to ask about meal and we are to busy to do that was not that friendly place

We waited over an hour to be seated but I didn’t mind that at all. I expected that. The issue was with our waitress. She apparently was having an “off night” so she said. Apologized multiple times for things and that was annoying. Just do your job. I ordered an alcoholic beverage and waited over 30 minutes. I had to ask for it a second time. we have been seated waiting for food for well over an hour now and still haven't been fed!
Water all over the floor. Signs saying wet floor, but no one mopping. I was scared to carry my child to the bathroom for fear of falling. Also, no changing table in the bathroom. Had to go back to my car to change my baby. Very disappointing.
