It all began in 1993, when two local boys in Gulf Shores, Alabama decided to open up a casual family-focused seafood restaurant on the Gulf Coast. The idea was to create a restaurant where people would feel welcome to be themselves, families could afford to dine out together and strangers would leave as friends. I ordered a half dozen oysters and a fried basket. The basket came out in 10 minutes. The oysters I had to ask for several times.
so waitress was friendly at first...food was good but a large party came in and waitress focused on them and basically forgot about us. After waiting 20 minutes on funnel cake fries for dessert we flagged down another waitress who apologized and sent our waitress over. At that point she had nothing but attitude towards us as if we did something wrong....to many other restaurants with good food for us to be treated this way...will not return or recommend.

Place is awful. One of the worst places our family at over last week on vacation in PCB ! Portions so small. Price on average $15(which I don’t mind paying if it’s worth it) Food took forever to get and it wasn’t busy. Server was running around like crazy over his 4 tables. We couldn’t get drink refills. Got a to go order for kids shrimp and took twenty minutes. And literally it was like 10 baby baby shrimp and coleslaw. No idea how that took so long. And manager didn’t care.
Was very disappointing we spent a lot of money on very little poor quality food I would never recommend this place I ordered catfish and was given two tiny fish stick size pieces and manager even after the issue was brought up about not just my plate but my entire tables orders and poor quality could’t even come discuss it with us like it wasn’t an issue or worth her time
Our server forgot she had our table, so the hostess finally took our drink order and told our server again. When we placed our order, other people brought it to us. When we had empty cups she never came, after we finished eating, about 20 minutes went by and she came over and asked if we need to place our dinner order. Had to place another drink order and dessert order. So we asked for the check right away so we could leave when we were done. That way we would not be forgotten by her.

Love the food!! But the waitress was lost! We were there 10 before she came to the table to get our drink order. She forgot to then bring the splenda for my unsweet tea. By now we have been in there almost 20 minutes. Now she comes by and take our order. Now we are in the 25 minutes. Then she comes by to tell me she has put in a reorder for my all you can eat shrimp. But we haven't gotten our food yet! At this point we ha been in there 45 minutes!! Now I get the manager involved!!
The rudest dining experience ive ever had, the manager will was extremely disrespectful. We still paid and tipped. Advised that people who ride motorcycles are not welcome.
