I placed 2 separate orders for barrel threading. I shipped off my 1rst rifle and received an e mail a few weeks later stating that they could not complete the threading and were shipping my rifle back.. It took several weeks and a phone call to get my rifle and my money refunded. After the bad experience, I canceled the service. I canceled the service in the 1rst week of December and hadn't received anything. It's now Jan 5th and several e mails and phone calls to the almost non existent Customer Service. Applied 09/21. As of 11/22 nothing but e-mails saying pending. *** says 6 to 9 months wait on paper work. I contact Silencer central and get only lip service. Then I am "transfered" to the *** who "are looking at" my application and tell me its now a "12 month process" even though its been over 14 but they will transfer my "up stairs" to the person who approves the application. Not the best experience. 7 months ago I ordered a suppressor. Customer service told me their current turn around was 180 days. I couldn't believe it. It's been 7 months. Called them and asked about rifle threading. Explained what rifle I had and they assured me there wouldn't be a problem. Paid the $50 to ship it to them and received an email today, stating that they can't thread barrels on lever guns. So I called again and explained the situation. So I'm just out time and $50. Yes the paperwork and tax stamp process is made easier but it seems they use the *** hold up as an excuse not to deliver product! I am almost 1 year into the process and have nothing to show for the money I spent or not even a solid date on when I can expect my product that has been paid in full for. Would not recommend using this company! And I have a clean record and no flags to be a hold up on as a side note and already in system as a weapons permit holder!

Worst company in the state , when I bought in March of 2021 they told me 9 months. ******************************************************** Won't give my money back , and blaming everyone but themselves. In reading the other reviews , I have had the same experience.. Hope no one else get caught up in this bad company... They are in Sturgis every year.. stay away from them
After 6 months of research, I decided on a suppressor from Silencer Central based largely on their sales pitch of electronic filing and customer service. They told me 90-120 days total wait time, with lots of communication from them during that time. After 160 days with no suppressor and no personal contact, I talked to a smug rep who told me "I" had chosen to file by paper which would take 10-12 months. Ummmm....wrong. Wish I had never chose to deal with Silencer Central. Made my order and paid in full for two silencers and attachments in September of 2021. Received emails stating that the *** had my paperwork and had 30 days several months ago. At the time I ordered I was told wait time of seven. To eight months. I've been waiting over a year and a half now I've been in contact with them a couple times now with it should be going through anytime now told them to refund all my money but of course they said they can't I have found this to be one of the most stressful transaction I have ever dealt with.

I paid for a suppressor for my rifle 15 months ago and I have still not received.
