This company has terrible business practices and customer service and their 25% “processing/restocking fee” is terrible! Once you’ve given you’re money to them, if anything goes wrong in the process wether it’s the customers fault or not, the customer pays a 25% fee. My situation is completely rare but my applications were “returned without action” because my background check was delayed and then never processed by the fbi. They don't offer refunds, only a gift card to their products. I learned this the hard way. They don't mention the refund policy when purchasing; you have to go search for it.

November 14, 2024 Silencer Central Order # SO-785227 While at Biketoberfest 2024, I visited the Silencer Central booth and explained that I needed a silencer for my Henry 9mm Homesteader. So, tried to use Silencer Central but to no fault of there's or mine the silencer isn't going to happen. So, fast forward to a refund and after several years and numerous calls (they claim it is in the mail, last time over a month ago) I have yet seen the check. Recommendation is to just purchase one locally and it is a whole lot easier and quicker.

Verified with our Accounting team that the first check was sent to the VA address. Verified that this check has not been cashed. Requested the check to be cancelled and a new check issued and sent to the KY address. Attempted to contact customer at phone number on file and received message that the number is out of service.
I can't comment on the quality of the product because I still haven't received it. The trouble started at the very beginning. Once they run your credit card the transaction cannot be rescinded; they will charge a 25% cancellation fee and the balance comes to you in the form of a gift certificate. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Employees are very un knowledgeable on their product their delivery and their products they have on hand.. you wait long enough to get your suppressor and then when it comes to it being delivered, they have no idea why it’s not being delivered. You have to go to multiple people to find information. Terrible terrible communication terrible. Terrible customer service I’d get my 0-0 because of this and will I be going back to shop with them is a no.

terrible company beware. They lie about policy and give you no resolution just keep lieing to you. My Atf approval took awhile then even worse now they are messing with the CLEO approval to not ship product Go anywhere else this company is a headache. Silencer Shop i got approved in 2 days and can in my possession within the month start to finish.

Well, After delaying my shipment then stating it was shipped, it was not. On 2nd Sept I received notification it was shipped out to AZ to then be shipped to me. Well, it is still showing shipped and after 6 business days I chatted with them. (The status stated it would show tracking in a day or two, it did not). Very good at selling, absolutely terrible at follow through. They are very helpful and nice while in the process of ordering. Once the order is in and approved the customer service goes out the window, it switches to unhelpful and rude. My advice is find another supplier to do business with. There is a reason they have a 2.14/5 rating with the BBB.
