The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Employees are very un knowledgeable on their product their delivery and their products they have on hand.. you wait long enough to get your suppressor and then when it comes to it being delivered, they have no idea why it’s not being delivered. You have to go to multiple people to find information. Terrible terrible communication terrible. Terrible customer service I’d get my 0-0 because of this and will I be going back to shop with them is a no.

terrible company beware. They lie about policy and give you no resolution just keep lieing to you. My Atf approval took awhile then even worse now they are messing with the CLEO approval to not ship product Go anywhere else this company is a headache. Silencer Shop i got approved in 2 days and can in my possession within the month start to finish.

Well, After delaying my shipment then stating it was shipped, it was not. On 2nd Sept I received notification it was shipped out to AZ to then be shipped to me. Well, it is still showing shipped and after 6 business days I chatted with them. (The status stated it would show tracking in a day or two, it did not). The person stated it would be sometime later this week once it arrives to there FFL here in AZ. It is 2 states away. Very good at selling, absolutely terrible at follow through. They are very helpful and nice while in the process of ordering. Once the order is in and approved the customer service goes out the window, it switches to unhelpful and rude. My advice is find another supplier to do business with. There is a reason they have a 2.14/5 rating with the BBB.

Well, they started off ok. They were slow to get the LEO letter to here but this is when they turned bad, in my opinion. I was told that the suppressor would ship the days after LEO clearance 8/22/2024. I called the week after as it was not showing shipped. The person said it would go out that week. I called again, 8/30 and was told they were backed up as many people in AZ were ordering them. Terrible service, I purchased an item, and wanted to cancel due to not wanting the item any longer, due to the frustrating process. They tell me that I will only get 75% refund, and a gift card to use on their site only. This is Fraud and Theft of my personal Money. I may have to go the route of legal action against the company

Spoke with MR. P******** via phone 08/29/24. Advised him of the NFA Item Cancellation Policy set forth in the Terms and Conditions requiring signature of acknowledgement at the time of his internet purchase on 08/19/24. Advised Mr P******** that I was willing to assist him with any steps of the process that were needed to move his purchase process forward. Mr. P******** declined the assistance using colorful/abusive language, legal threats, and personal insults before abruptly disconnecting the call.
Terrible service, still waiting for product over 14 months. Not shipped yet.

Contacted Mr. C*** via phone 08/30/2024. Advised that his suppressor shipment is expected to be delivered to our FFL in Texas 09/03/24. Advised that the FFL should typically send his order out within 3 business days of them receiving the shipment. Advised that he will receive an email with USPS tracking to monitor delivery to his door. Mr. C*** had no further questions or concerns.
Initially allowed me to order a product that was not in stock, claiming it was in stock. After cancelling the order, they have now failed to credit my account properly, and I am currently in a dispute about the charges. Previously, too, in communicating with customer service, they were particularly unhelpful and rude. If I could give this company a 0, I absolutely would.
