So, first off I have only had one point of contact with silencer central, and it will stay that way moving forward. I called to get some questions answered several months ago and spoke with a representative named Drew. That dude, legit should run the training for all CSR's everywhere for every company 4 EVUH. I've been very happy with the process so far. Been able to communicate through text, e-mail, and phone calls with quick responses. They have moved at the pace I've been able to move and even sent reminders for things that needed to be done. I was told 5-6 months from start to finish, they have processed all the paperwork in an acceptable time frame, now waiting on the ***. Their website is showing 100 days to process Form 4. If that is the case, shouldn't have any trouble with that 5-6 month wait time.
Silencer Central has been great to work with. Buying a supressor can be a daunting process. I had put off buying one, bc I just didn't want to have to deal with all of the paperwork. SC basically held my hand and walked me through the process. I'd also like to comment about most of these complaints that you see here. I really wish I could put less than one star cuz silencer Central has ripped me off completely ripped me off I've tried for 4 years now to get my money back on a order I made and they just keep digging me around every time I mean I've been I swear I've called at least a hundred times and I keep getting running around running around running around I'm fixing to go to my attorney and the police station about it cuz it's theft what they have done is theft
Ordered silencer *****- 2025. The said I would get in 4 to 6 weeks. Its been almost 5 months. They have my $609.46. I keep getting excuses each time I call. The also said I couldnt get a refund.

There shipping policy is absolutly absurd. They ship you AFT packet and finger print kit snail mail. Then you have ti ship it back snail mail. They ship from S.D. to a FFL dealer in your state snail mail. Once *** dealer has it silencer central has 0 control. Can not talk to the dealer or move up or back shipments dates. Nothing. My order sat in Draft Review for almost 10 days, and they track ATF wait times. I contacted them 6 times to see what this issue was without any progress. Finally on the 7th call was told because of a recent software upgrade all new orders without social security numbers required manual input, this wasn't required on my other others. Order was manual progressed now waiting as expected. Big let down on this order. Customer service is lacking

Silencer Central (Sioux Falls, SD 57104) is run by liars and thieves, and the forms you are required to fill out, which lack adequate space for info and are vague and misleading, allows the Feds to reject your application for the most trivial of reasons, like a minor clerical error.
