I've been very happy with the process so far. Been able to communicate through text, e-mail, and phone calls with quick responses. They have moved at the pace I've been able to move and even sent reminders for things that needed to be done. I was told 5-6 months from start to finish, they have processed all the paperwork in an acceptable time frame, now waiting on the ***. Their website is showing 100 days to process Form 4. If that is the case, shouldn't have any trouble with that 5-6 month wait time.
Silencer Central has been great to work with. Buying a supressor can be a daunting process. I had put off buying one, bc I just didn't want to have to deal with all of the paperwork. SC basically held my hand and walked me through the process. I'd also like to comment about most of these complaints that you see here. My order sat in Draft Review for almost 10 days, and they track ATF wait times. I contacted them 6 times to see what this issue was without any progress. Finally on the 7th call was told because of a recent software upgrade all new orders without social security numbers required manual input, this wasn't required on my other others. Order was manual progressed now waiting as expected. Big let down on this order. Customer service is lacking

Silencer Central (Sioux Falls, SD 57104) is run by liars and thieves, and the forms you are required to fill out, which lack adequate space for info and are vague and misleading, allows the Feds to reject your application for the most trivial of reasons, like a minor clerical error. I made an online purchase of their banish 46-v2. As I was filling out the paper work, I ran into a warning stating that if the physical address and shipping address didn't match my application would be denied. Which would be a problem as I live in Illinois but hunt in Indiana(brothers residence and destination) and Arkansas. These people are crooks. My father made an order at the outdoor show in PA. He was going to get 2 suppressors. Totaling $1800. Literally 2 days later, my father decided to cancel his order. They told him that they are going to keep 25% or $200 which ever is greater. Didn't understand why seeing how he didn't get the product.
