Well, they started off ok. They were slow to get the LEO letter to here but this is when they turned bad, in my opinion. I was told that the suppressor would ship the days after LEO clearance 8/22/2024. I called the week after as it was not showing shipped. The person said it would go out that week. I called again, 8/30 and was told they were backed up as many people in AZ were ordering them. Terrible service, I purchased an item, and wanted to cancel due to not wanting the item any longer, due to the frustrating process. They tell me that I will only get 75% refund, and a gift card to use on their site only. This is Fraud and Theft of my personal Money. I may have to go the route of legal action against the company

Spoke with MR. P******** via phone 08/29/24. Advised him of the NFA Item Cancellation Policy set forth in the Terms and Conditions requiring signature of acknowledgement at the time of his internet purchase on 08/19/24. Advised Mr P******** that I was willing to assist him with any steps of the process that were needed to move his purchase process forward. Mr. P******** declined the assistance using colorful/abusive language, legal threats, and personal insults before abruptly disconnecting the call.
Terrible service, still waiting for product over 14 months. Not shipped yet.

Contacted Mr. C*** via phone 08/30/2024. Advised that his suppressor shipment is expected to be delivered to our FFL in Texas 09/03/24. Advised that the FFL should typically send his order out within 3 business days of them receiving the shipment. Advised that he will receive an email with USPS tracking to monitor delivery to his door. Mr. C*** had no further questions or concerns.
Initially allowed me to order a product that was not in stock, claiming it was in stock. After cancelling the order, they have now failed to credit my account properly, and I am currently in a dispute about the charges. Previously, too, in communicating with customer service, they were particularly unhelpful and rude. If I could give this company a 0, I absolutely would.

Does not work as advertised. Contacted them to no avail. Last email received no response. Not worth the Money & No Customer Satisfaction.
The process was a little clunky but I got 2/3 suppressors delivered. I received a part of the 3rd suppressor that was shipped incomplete because the parts were back ordered. I’m told it will be several more months for the parts to come in assuming that I get them. Got to love paying over 3000$ Waiting for the ATF approval for months, to be sent for a useless chunk of metal because the suppressor parts I ordered where shipped to others. After completing all legal requirements and receiving no communication whatsoever, I had to contact silencer central’s customer service multiple times to finally get an answer as to when I could expect my suppressors. I finally found out today, after being told a generic “they’re in the queue to ship” by several agents over chat, that silencer central knew that it would be an additional 6 weeks minimum before my suppressors would even ship. I paid for silencer in July of 2022. Almost two years later I still have not received the silencer I paid for. What are my options for refund? Great business model to take your money and not provide product as promised. Horrible and dishonest way to do business

If you have a suppressor ordered from Silencer Central and its not the Banish line and they have told you its back ordered you should call the company and ask if they are really on backorder. I ordered a Energetic Armament Nyx Mod-2 and Silencer Central kept pushing their Banish line.
