Don't order a Silencer from here! It's been almost 2 years in July 2023 and I still do not have my Banish 30 Silencer yet!!!!!!!! They have sat on my 1300.00 for 2 years collecting interest on it I'm sure! This place is a joke! They will not refund my money! They just kept it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Liars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Level of incompetence with Silencer Central is unprecedented for any company I’ve encountered in the past 25 years! Matt the salesman has been negligent in almost every aspect of the process, to the extent that his ability to tell the truth is void. Practically no follow up and to date is not responsive to my communication efforts. The initial steps with Silencer Central, from submission to ATF approval, were smooth and efficient. However, the process after approval was frustratingly slow. It took over three weeks to receive my silencers, and during that time, tracking information showed them heading to a city far off route, raising concerns they might be lost. I have purchased two suppressors from Silencer Central and used their barrel threading service on a new barrel. I've spent a couple thousand dollars on their products. Recently, I ordered a 5/8 x 24 thread mount for one of the suppressors. I was purchasing a new rifle and the online specs called for a 5/8 thread. As it turned out, the gun company was putting out erroneous information. The gun required the same mount I already had, an 11/16 thread. This company has terrible business practices and customer service and their 25% “processing/restocking fee” is terrible! Once you’ve given you’re money to them, if anything goes wrong in the process wether it’s the customers fault or not, the customer pays a 25% fee. My situation is completely rare but my applications were “returned without action” because my background check was delayed and then never processed by the fbi. They don't offer refunds, only a gift card to their products. I learned this the hard way. They don't mention the refund policy when purchasing; you have to go search for it.

November 14, 2024 Silencer Central Order # SO-785227 While at Biketoberfest 2024, I visited the Silencer Central booth and explained that I needed a silencer for my Henry 9mm Homesteader. I was advised that I needed a Banish 45 that would fit multiple formats. I purchased the Banish 45 from the recommendation. The silencer was delivered today whereupon the included “piston” in the silencer did NOT fit my Henry. So, tried to use Silencer Central but to no fault of there's or mine the silencer isn't going to happen. So, fast forward to a refund and after several years and numerous calls (they claim it is in the mail, last time over a month ago) I have yet seen the check. Recommendation is to just purchase one locally and it is a whole lot easier and quicker.

Verified with our Accounting team that the first check was sent to the VA address. Verified that this check has not been cashed. Requested the check to be cancelled and a new check issued and sent to the KY address. Attempted to contact customer at phone number on file and received message that the number is out of service.

I can't comment on the quality of the product because I still haven't received it. The trouble started at the very beginning. Once they run your credit card the transaction cannot be rescinded; they will charge a 25% cancellation fee and the balance comes to you in the form of a gift certificate. Then a checkoff list process starts and proved onerous compared to the other silencer purchases n which I have been involved.
