The walls are... (Verified Renter) The walls are extremely thin and brunch on Saturdays is beyond disgusting. It used to be SO GOOD!! The last 18 months it has been inedible.
Everyone I know... (Verified Renter) Everyone I know that has lived at Silos has moved out over the last 2 years as it becomes more of a frat party with minimal amenities. Parking policy is constantly changing but never got any better - I lived in a 2 bedroom apartment by myself and many times couldn't even find a single park spot. The trash pickup was not consistent. I would never... (Verified Renter) I would never want to interact with the leasing office staff again. The apartment and amenities were great, but not enough to outweigh the rude, unhelpful leasing office. Jessica Summers was particularly rude to me during my move out time
I know it's... (Verified Renter) I know it's summer, but there are a LOT of bugs and the rent here is quite high. Condition of the apartment when I first moved in was less than fantastic. Chunks of wood taken out of the siding and shelves, stained blinds that can be seen through easily from outside, paint on the walls smudges off extremely easily.
DO NOT LIVE HERE Do not move here!! I have had nothing but issues since the day I moved in. The leasing staff is the worst I have ever dealt with. First, when I came to move in they had given me the wrong apartment (a studio without a balcony even though I signed a lease for one with a balcony). The girl I signed the lease with no longer worked there (shocker since they turn people over every few weeks) and they told me I probably picked the wrong one online. Horrible management-Stay away They say what the want to hear to get you in door then they do not hold their end of the bargain. Executive bfast is a joke, should be ashamed to call it such. Management is the worst I've ever dealt with and talk down to residence like a child. Pet friendly is a joke for if your dog barks and is big they give you 24hr notice to vacate if deemed "unsafe". If you have a large dog or one that barks, don't waste your time. Management needs structure and experience.
